We hired Patrick to inspect the older house that we were planning to buy. The realtor warned us that he might come across a little critical, but that was in the service of a careful home inspection. We were very pleased with the thorough job that he did. We didn’t find him gruff at all, but very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, willing to answer all our questions. He was efficient and produced a report in short time. We would readily seek out Patrick for any future home purchases in the area and heartily recommend him to others.

I just hired Patrick again because he was so great the first time. He is very thorough, a clear communicator and easy to work with. The most important aspect of his service for me is how thoughtful he is about addressing the problems that arise in any inspection. He prefers solutions that preserve the value and integrity of the building, but is also able to suggest some quick cost-​effective solutions when appropriate. Patrick is also able to give pretty accurate ideas of the costs involved is correcting problems. If I buy another property, I’ll have it inspected by Patrick.

Based on a strong recommendation from an attorney friend of mine, I recently hired Patrick to inspect 6 separate houses /​structures on a 240 acre property in Temple, New Hampshire. I spent entire first day with him in person, enough to realize he completely knows what he’s doing. I found him to be very thorough, and to be a very friendly guy as well. On the second day of inspections, I felt I didn’t even need to be there. I would hire him again :)

I find that he is not thorough, skips a lot of areas, and is not well informed. He has also incorrectly inspected numerous items in properties.
