Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a jaguar, it rides smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Tammer helped us in many ways, we had a bad headlight and they fixed it for free, and we continue to go there for service.

As intimidating as it is to be a female and go car shopping my EZ Terms Auto sales rep was impeccable. He was knowledgeable, not as assertive as a typical dealership and wanted to make sure the car was the right fit for me. I think I was in and out in about an hour.

I am new to the area and was looking for an honest mechanic to maintain my Toyota Camry. I got a recommendation on Airport Auto (which apparently changed its name to EZ Terms Auto). I had my brakes changed and AC refilled for less than anyone else in the area. Very happy and now have cold air!
