Both the owner Todd P. and my eye doctor Kelly Garcia have been great to me and I’ve gotten nothing but top notch service there. I saw Todd only once, when Kelly was out of town and I had a situation that could not wait, but I’ve been going to her for years and have had not one cause for complaint and also really appreciate the very comfortable waiting area, though I’ve never had to wait long, and the nice selection of frames. Don’t hesitate to try them.
P. S. In all the years that I’ve gone there I have NEVER had to wait for more than a few minutes.

I took all my kids, myself and my mother there to get glasses. I just have to say. WTF happened to customer service. I swear they totally make you feel like you are wasting their time. I went in one day to see if my sons glasses were ready and one of the girls rudely said «IF THEY WERE READY WE WOULD HAVE CALLED YOU». My mothers glasses we not working and they kept having her move the paper asking, now can you see. Seriously if they don’t work they don’t work. What is she supposed to do move a book in a 360 degree circle to catch the right spot. If you are going and you are in a good mood its very possible you will leave quite the opposite.
