The American Legion came to my Dad’s memorial and honored him by singing «anchors away» and «amazing Grace». They also preformed the flag folding ceremony. My father was a buddist and they respected that during the services. They also let us use the hall in Sutter Creek for the after service reception. What a wonderful group of people. Glad my Dad got to know them before he passed away.
