They come to Jackson, where we live, for weed abatement only. When I consulted them about a terrible vole infestation several years ago, they did come over, but told me that they really don’t treat the voles as they are too prolific and just come back. (The voles later left on their own with the gophers and the moles when I acquired a border terrier.)
We generally have them spray our weeds and poison oak when it first starts raining. Have to admit, I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the young man they sent out last year, and didn’t do it, but regretted the weed problem that seemed worse than usual this year and with the awful fires we’re having in the region feel we don’t really have a whole lot of choice right now.

Poor customer service. I called to get a quote over the phone, FOR PEST CONTROL (fyi, its in their name, they do this), the woman asked me where I am located (Sutter Creek) she told me they do not service this area for pests then quickly got off the phone… THEN WHY IS YOUR PHONE # IN THE PHONE BOOK A SUTTER CREEK #?
