Howard’s Body Shop

Gary and his crew did an amazing job. I had a damage on the body kit of my brand new car. To replace it was going to cost me a $ 700. They were able to fix it for considerably less and you can not even tell that there was ever any damage. They were affordable, fast, courteous and did outstanding work!

Excellent customer service, and they do great work too. I have brought my car in to Howard’s 3 times for various reasons and Gary has done everything he can to make the experience of being without my car easy and painless. he has arranged a rental to be there and waiting for me when I drop my car off and has even stayed late to accommodate my crazy schedule. I hope nothing else happens to my car, but if it did I would definitely go there again.

I had a fairly big accident the day after Christmas in Pioneer, my Toyota Sienna was broken down. We had to live in a motel in Pioneer. The second day, we started calling body shops to estimate damage, but the few of them in town seemed on vacation, never returned our call. Finally I found Howard’s Body Shop on Unilocal,there was only one review so I was not so sure. I still called, the owner Gary answered the phone and told me he got time to look at it on the same day.
I was so relieved and had my car towed there, Gary took a few pictures of the car and got on his computer and did a quick estimate (because my friends were picking me up). The cost to fix seemed higher than the car’s worth, I started wondering again. Gary offered me to leave the car in his shop for a few days until I made the decision. He also offered to help me get hold of a few dealers for parts.
The next day when I called Gary, he already got an offer from one of the dealer. My wife and I called around the next few days in San Jose area, and we could not find a better offer!
Our family were so exhausted from the car accident, the only good thing of the whole experience was Howard’s Body Shop. Gary did not even charge me for his service. I may not drive there for my next car service because of the 100 miles distance, but I sure like to spread the word, so that someone who had a car accident around Sutter Creek/​Jackson could have a peace of mind by calling them.

Howard’s body shop is family owned which is a plus. I’ve come in twice with minor repairs needed and both times they’ve given me a deal because I’m a college student and can’t afford much. Once I came in needing my fender trim put back on because one of my tires blew and tore it off. They could’ve easily charged me like $ 75 or more for the service because it took about an hour but instead they only charged me a box of donuts from the local bakery. Rally good people who do a good job. Very fair from what I can tell.
