Phantom Screens – Ken Moller Construction

We had a HORRIBLE experience with Ken Moller. My wife and I paid $ 479 for Ken Moller to install a retractable screen door on our front door. The screen door operated satisfactorily at first but soon began to not close properly. Also, it soon became difficult to fully retract the screen door. We called Ken to come fix the door. Ken showed up at our house and was clearly irritated. Ken was rude to me and my wife. He blamed my family for improper use of the door causing it to not work correctly. He raised his voice and was borderline hostile when I insisted that he fix the nearly $ 500 screen door. My kids looked on in disbelief. He finally agreed to slightly tweak the door. It accomplished nothing. The only thing worse than our screen door which does not work was interacting with Ken. There is a lot of competition in this market — do yourself a favor and choose someone else. AWFUL.
