I had a great experience recently with a GE freezer repair… Fast response to my issue. Marcel quickly diagnosed my issue last week. Since he did not have the needed part on hand at the time, he said he would be back the next day. Unfortunately I was headed out of town that day so I rescheduled it for the following week when I returned. He was very professional and installed the part fairly quickly. It was a reasonable price too. I will definitely use these guys again.
