This gym is loaded with my favorite machines, Strive. They have a great selection of free weight machines cardio and other equipment. The owner is a great guy, too. Nice, cold water fountain.
My only real complaint is that the temperature is too high. 79° is too hot to work out hard, and the ceiling fans aren’t very good. Lower the temperature to 70° and I will give this place five stars. They could use a rowing machine, but that’s just a minor detail. Hey full length locker to fit a business suit would be nice, also. Oh, and don’t forget to get rid of the LifeFitness leg curl and replace it with a Strive machine.

Its a pretty decent spot to workout at. Its pretty small but the 24 hour aspect is pretty convienent for me personally. They have the majority of the machines you would need, the only downside is if you go during prime time its pretty packed. I would recommend it if you work odd hours or long hours and want to get a good workout in.

Great staff! Very nice, no pressure, and willing to work with you. Good pricing plans, including a month to month no contract. Good amount of equipment so I don’t get bored and I have never had to wait for a machine. It is clean and I feel safe working out there no matter what time of day. This is my first time with a gym and it has been a great experience. I highly recommend this location. It is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Here is a link to their YouTube video.
