Let me start by saying I’m a NY Native and just recently moved to GA. I’ve been terrified for anyone to touch my brows. But about a month or two ago I gave this place a shot. I liked what she (an older lady) did even though, she had to work with the fact that I had a spot in my brow. I like to let my brows grow out because I’m afraid there gonna get thin. So since I’m going on vaca I HAD to get my brows done even though it was definitely time. The first time I went it was about 2 no wait at all. Today I went in probably around 2:30 and there was a family in there with 3 of them getting there eyebrows done and she was doing their brows so fast it was just insane. This time another woman was in there (short, thick lady) so I decided to give her a shot. I told her I wanted them thick and I wanted to keep my arch. As she was doing my brows she would stop allow me to look and we both suggested what she should touch next! I’ve NEVER had this happen, I usually show pictures or try to explain best of my ability, and they never get it right! But she got it right in totally satisfied and I will be returning every single time I need my brows done! I never do Unilocal reviews but since this place has so few and I’m still awed by my brows it was totally necessary!

Ambiance is nice (relaxing music playing in the background), no wait, plenty of parking, accepted my credit/​debit card without imposing a minimum and that’s always nice because businesses sometimes forget that it’s actually illegal to do that and you can have your credit/​debit privillages revoked.
If you want or expect your service to go a certain way then make sure you vocalize your needs. People don’t read minds. I expressed to her what I wanted and she adhered.

After reading the reviews on Unilocal I decided to give them a try after my old eyebrow woman moved. I was not pleased with the end result at all.
I was greeted by an older woman at the counter she was polite and we exchanged small talk. While she was nice I was annoyed that she tried to thread my eyebrows without even asking me for what I wanted. I told her that I wanted them mostly cleaned up being that I like my eyebrows thick and naturally have a nice arch. When I first looked at them it seem that she had flattened my eyebrow and that did not flatter my face at all. So after «fixing» them it seemed as if she moved the natural arch of my eyebrows and my left of is arched higher than the right.
I decided to give them 2 stars instead of one because they all were very pleasant and nice to me but I was less than satisfied with their work and will not be back.

Omg this is my new favorite place! Stopped in for facial and eyebrow threading and I received the BEST facial from Naz. Every one keeps telling me im glowing! I was hesitant to get eyebrows done cause that shit hurts but it was well worth it… soooo neat and sharp and clean. Oh yea… ill be back and you need to get there ASAP.

I absolutely love Nas, Browline made the best decision ever by hiring her. She has been doing my family, my friends, anyone I can refer, and my brows for over 3 years. Being an aesthetician myself and having a nearly bald spot in my brows, finding someone to perfect my brows was really hard. I no longer even wax my own brows, no one touches them but Nas. This establishment is professional, clean, and they are so warm and inviting. They offer threading, facials, waxing, henna, and more. If you are in Gwinnett or surrounding areas it is so worth the drive. Stop by or make an appointment with Nas she is ther Thursday-​Sunday. I am sure the other employees are just as nice if you can’t book with her.

This was my very first facial. I had void was it amazing and wonderful! They do Facials, waxing, threading, massage, henna tattoo and henna hair. Naz was amazing and walked me through what it would be like before the facial. I received excellent care and I absolutely love the steamer. The products they use have a wonderful scent that reminds me of patchouly and cucumber. It brings this rich yet settle aroma that is so soothing to the senses.
I highly recommend you get a facial! I am totally coming back! Best part is I called ahead to see if I could just walk in and they said yes! I do recommend giving a call first just to make sure they’re not busy. This business is just getting started and I think it is off to a great start! Also the prices are very reasonable compared to other local facilities.

You can pay $ 20 – 30 for a simple brow threading if you want, but why would you?!? I’ve been going to Browline since it opened several months ago and I’m thrilled to have such competent brow threading at such a reasonable price ($ 8) so close to my house! They are pleasant, do a great job, and I don’t need an appointment. So far I haven’t tried their other services but I likely will try a facial soon. They also do waxing, henna, massage and so on. Give Browline a try if you’re in the neighborhood!
