The owners are great fun people who will strike up a conversion with you. Some of the best Chicago hot dogs south of chi-town. Every time I have been there the food has great taste and is very reasonably priced.

I’ve never had a Chicago Red Hot before, so I was rather surprised at how small the actual hot dog was. I had the Chicago Style dog, which if it weren’t for the peppers, it would’ve been your average hot dog. In fact, Oscar Meyer does a perfectly fine job for me. The fries were horrible. Crinkle style, overcooked and unsalted. The Italian Beef and the Sausage appeared as if they would’ve been better than the dog. I might give it a try if I’m ever inclined to go back there, but it would be under duress. On the bright side, we fed two adults and one child with combos for less than $ 20. We were able to finish it all off and were adequately, but not over, satisfied.
