As a Realtor, I work early in the morning, through lunch and usually late beyond dinner. The last thing I want to do is go to a busy restaurant or even worse cook dinner. I can not begin to tell you how great
has been not only at dinner but for lunches as well. There are days when my staff and I have worked through lunch not realizing, we just get choices to you to bring us lunch, problem solved. The food is always hot and always within the time frame they have projected in delivery. I love all the choices of restaurants so its not always pizza or Chinese food. However, if that is what we want those options are available as well. They have catered several events I have hosted as well, which again takes all the stress off of me when it comes to the food. I highly recommend this delivery service for anyone and everyone. Great job and great friendly service. The management team and owners do care about this business and it shows.

Choices Gwinnet is amazing, I’ve searched for ages trying to find a delivery service with a broad range of options, mostly to no avail. When I found choices I looked at the list of restaurants in my area and was immediately surprised. I assumed it first that I was looking at the whole list of restaurants. There were selections from a range greater than I expected. I was actually able to find delivery sushi in my area! The website is streamlined and easy to use to select your order, I was surprised how well the site was put together never having heard of choices or about their service beforehand. The delivery fee was minimal, about the same as the fee to order a pizza or chinese food for delivery north otp. My food arrived early by about 15 minutes. It was fresh and delicious. The next time I’m looking for something to order in my area I’ll be returning, which should be soon.

ZERO STARS; they are run by a bunch of amateurs. I feel like an idiot that I gave Choices to You so many chances to get it right. 5 times to be exact. You think I would have learned my lesson by now! On 3 occasions I’ve had pizzas delivered that had been tipped over so all the cheese had slid off the pizza. Each time they delivered new pizzas but it took another hour of waiting. Another time they had website issues and my dinner was scheduled an hour after I wanted it. And then the final straw was Choices to You allowing me to select a restaurant, and place my order, only to be called 30 MINUTES later to say that restaurant was closed. Such a joke. So don’t be lazy like I have been, and just go get your food yourself!!!

While the delivery service was not ideal, the management does seem to care about customer service. Will have to try again after the positive resolution to my previous less-​than-​stellar experience.
