Staff was very pleasant but had been abandoned by corporate. Amount of issues in the room were absurd. Not only old but broken. TV, Shower, Vent, TV Remote. To say the place needed some TLC would be an understatement. Kind of hotel that can & will permanently destroy the reputation of a brand.

The bathroom was nasty mold on walls, got in late so wanted to sleep in but received a knock at the door at 830am asking me if I was checking out so they could clean the room and to top it off construction going on above my room with hammer at 8AM worse place ever for me.

Great place & awesome price. Front desk & management are fabulous & very professional. Rooms are roomy & extremely clean. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m needing a accommodations here in Suwanee. Thanks to the entire staff & management for a superb stay.

I am just now finishing up a stay at this location, and I think it’s one of the best budget hotel experiences I have had in a LONG time.
Stephanie at the front desk was so prompt, helpful, and kind that I was blown away from the moment I walked in the door.
Kayla from the front desk also was amazing! We were here for a wedding, and Kayla helped shuttle the entire wedding party to and from the venue. She did it with a smile and helpful hints about the area.
I know that if I make it back out to Buford this will be the first and only place I think about staying!

I’d like to congratulate the Courtyard by Marriott on finally getting internet access for the hotel rooms this year, and catching up to the year 2000.
Furthermore, I’d like to remind them that there is very, very little to do at a mediocore chain hotel in suburban Georgia if one doesn’t have internet access, and that they should not look too harshly upon guests who might have committed minor acts of vandalism to the hotel rooms out of crushing boredom.
Other than that, a Courtyard by Marriott is a Courtyard by Marriott is a… and this one is worse-​located than most.
