Cuvée Day Spa

I bought a spray tanning session off of Groupon for $ 20 back in June 2015. Some lady called me the day before my appointment and asked me a lot of weird questions about me rescheduling? I never tried to reschedule and i told her that. She must have had me confused with another customer so somehow when i just happened to look on my groupon app it said that i had already redeemed my voucher! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, the door was locked so i had to wait in my car until somebody got there. I followed her in and there was nobody else there. She asked if i was there for the spray tan and i told her yes and showed her my groupon and explained that some lady had called me the day before and must have redeemed my voucher. she excepted it anyway. We went into a room and she explained what she was going to do since that was my very first spray tan. She was nice and right to the point. But after the weird phone call confusion and nobody being there when i showed up, the service was still good. I’d go again.

I had a great experience at Cuvee. The address has changed 4411 Suwanee Dam Rd suite 360. The staff was very nice and professional. Karina was my massage therapist and she was wonderful! I’m definitely going back, I bought the special 3 massages for $ 129. They never expire and you can share one. Loved it!

So purchased a groupon for 3 massage package since Im pregnant and could REALLY use the help with back aches. left message for scheduling, owner called me back to schedule. Everything was fine until I mentioned I had a Groupon, then she tells me its an extra $ 20.00 on top of groupon for EACH pre-​natal. I told her it does not say that on the website and she tells me «im the owner i know what it says». just double checked Groupon and it says «May upgrade to the following massages for an additional $ 20: deep tissue and hot stone.» nothing about pre-​natal. Needless to say i cancelled my groupon but since i used promo code I lost the discount option on another purchase. Not sure how the massage are but customer service is not the best and thats from dealing with the owner. Not sure why shes uses Groupon if she is not even going to honor it without trying to upcharge…

My fiancé wanted to buy me their 60 minute massage off groupon as a gift. Before he made the purchase I called to check availability and set up appointment. When I called she ask my name and said that I have been here before because my name is in the system. I was like oh ok. I don’t remember coming to that location and she told me they changed location. It was no longer just one person doing massages. And she set up appointment. So I come to get my massage today. I walk right into the waiting room, no one was there. I said out loud «anyone here» no response. So I took a sit. Finally 10 minutes later someone came out to greet me and said someone will be with me shorty. My appointment was at 1. It’s now 1:10 and I guess she was a massage therapist, tells me I need to play the difference. I ask what difference. She say you been here before and the Groupon is just for 1^st time clients. Ok I understand, it was a gift though and how come when I called I was not told that before I set up the appointment? Because I would of told my fiancé not to purchase that one. I didn’t pay extra, I just left because the Groupon was a gift and I should of been told that when I made the appointment. Services was very disappointing. I guess the owner, which was the one that did my massage 1 year or 2 ago decided to bring in other massage therapist. She did a great job but I will not be returning because her new team was very disappointing and customer service could of been much better. For example have some one at the front desk. Someone could easily came in stole all the phones and laptop on the desk and left and they wouldn’t of known until 10 minutes later. Smh.

My experience with this day spa was kinda strange. Let me start by saying that I got a groupon for Cuvee and it’s 38 $ for a choice of swedish or deep tissue massage. I called in and made an appointment and set a time and date. Everything was fine until the day of my appointment. Two hours before my scheduled appointment, I believe Julie called me and informed me that the masseuse that I was booked with had an emergency and couldn’t make it. I was slightly frustrated because I was really looking forward to it. And also, she informed me that they were all booked… so I would have to wait a couple more weeks until they can find another appointment for me. I was even more frustrated with that. Anyways, 10 minutes later, Julie called me again and informed me she found someone to honor my appointment for the day, I just need to come in thirty minutes earlier. That was fine.
So around 1:30, I called the office to see where they exactly are located, and FYI, the are located in the Crossing area and is the last office on the left. Just drive all the way till the end. I had to find that out myself since no one picked up the phone even if I called repeatedly. But regardless, I found the place myself and walked in. There was no one in the front of the office when i arrived. So i sat down and filled out the paperwork and waited. About 5 minutes before my schedule time, a woman walked in and we both just looked at each other. I wasn’t sure if she worked there or were a client. Two minutes later, she came out and asked me if I was the one who had to come in earlier for my appointment. Then she instructed me to follow her and we went back to one of the massage room. There she asked me if I am allergic to anything and to get undressed. No introduction, no name, and no relaxing music. I got undressed and laid down on the heated bed as instructed and a minute later she came back in and just start to massage me. I didn’t have the option to tell her what kind of massage I wanted, nor did any relaxing music was played for me. It seems very rushed and awkward.
Regardless, she did a fine job of massaging me but I didn’t feel relaxed. I was tensed because of how weird the introduction were and since there was no relaxing music… I could hear the massage bed/​chair creaking every time she pressed down on it. As the massage goes on, I did have moments where I would dozed off but then get interrupted by the creaking sounds. SO frustrating! I wasn’t relaxed at all!
Anyways, to conclude my experience, after my time was up, I was instructed to get dressed and was told to go out front. I left my tip and then I saw Julie. She seems nice and then I had to ask my masseuse’s name since she still didn’t tell me hers. LOL. This is deff. a weird interaction. Overall, I think I might give Cuvee another chance, but with Julie since she seems to be more friendly. The girl I had was Theresa and hopefully your experience won’t be as weird as mine. lol

Get ready for a truly great massage in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Julie is a very talented therapist. You’ll be so glad for found her.

Had 2 massages so far and also had my dad to try it. We both like it, very relaxing and comfortable. Julie is very detailed and will ask/​give suggestion on my skin condition, tensed area, etc. Will definitely continue to come.

This was my first customized spray tan. GREAT price, GREAT job. I’ll definitely be heading back. If you want to avoid streaks, and be in and out within 10 minutes head to Cuvee.

My mom and I both got a spray tan for New Year’s Eve. Julie was so sweet and accommodating and had us in and out within 20 minutes. We were both very pleased with the results as well! Will definitely return here for future spray tans!
