ENT Institute – Johns Creek/Suwanee

I agree whole heartedly with Lynn. I went in for a consult. Came out feeling good about it, a week later I get the bill for over $ 400, after insurance! Then they continue to call me asking when I will be coming in for a follow up. I will not be going back.

Shadiest office I’ve ever seen. Wasted my time. Classic bait and switch to get more doctors visits, co-​pays, & more money.
I set an appointment to get an allergy test & chose the «John’s Creek location». I was told over the phone that it cost $ 150 for the consultation and $ 250 for the allergy test. I told Woman that I was going out of town, and she insured me that it would only take 20 minutes for everything.
First off, this business is NOT really in John’s Creek, and I used 2 separate devices for GPS, one was an iPhone, and neither will get you even close. After getting poor directions and letting them know I was on the way, I drove for about 30 extra minutes to get there in circles and had someone on the phone with me that was confused as well. When I got there they told me that I was mislead, and was only getting a consultation, and would have to come back for an allergy test. (THEY WANT TO CHARGE $ 175 just to talk tell the doctor that you have allergies & another $ 250 for the actual allergy test!!!)
Oh, and by the way, the doctor went to lunch and can see you after 1pm. I was livid, and will NOT be returning.
