I’m renting a home to friends who’ve been out of the country for 2 months. I went to check on the home and was shocked to discover a huge mold problem! They had turned off the dehumidifier and air conditioning and the mold was on almost all of the surfaces. I had no idea this could even happen.
I was referred to Flood-​x by another company and talked to Jason. Of the few companies I talked to over the phone, Jason seemed to be the most knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me extra services like sample testings for mold since I could already see that it was everywhere. He came to do a visual inspection and didn’t find any leaks. I was worried that the mold was in the walls but he thought it was just surface level. Unfortunately, due to the extent of the mold, the whole house and contents needed to be cleaned. For all the work that would need to be done, he gave me a really reasonable price. He’s a very helpful and trustworthy guy. I hope to never have a mold problem like this again, but I will definitely refer him to any friends that ever have this problem.
