By far my favorite inspector in my 4 years as a real estate sales agent. My brother and I are always disappointed to find out he’s booked when we need him. Why? Because he is the best and does not leave out anything on his in-depth reports. I got a report from another inspector today and decided to do this write up for Joe because this 12 page report was a joke compared to his whopping 46 page reports with full pics and details. He leaves little to nothing unturned. You won’t get a puffed up, know-it-all that gives real estate advice and scares the hell out of your buyers to boost their own ego. Just an honest, thorough and experienced inspector that will give you straight facts.

Joe recently inspected a home for me. I am familiar with buying and selling homes and I know the inspection process can be the deal breaker in a sale so I am happy that Joe was thorough. While the homeowner might have been annoyed, as a buyer I want to know even the smallest of issues so there are no surprises once the sale is closed. I feel confident that if the majority of the 40+ items he pointed out are things like: cracks in driveway or burned out lightbulb over stove, then the major items such as the roof, the HVAC or the foundation have been looked at and are in good condition. His report was organized and included great pictures to illustrate his findings and I had the report via email the next day. They are ASHI certified and over $ 100 less expensive than the inspectors my realtor referred. I would highly recommend Joe.

My previous post was removed because Joe doesn’t like negative feedback. Joe doesn’t know proper codes for HVAC or Plumbing. He came to my home and performed a home inspection based on inaccurate information. He cites his ASHI regulations as if they are actual regulations that could be enforced by law. Don’t always believe your home inspections report as most of these inspectors are not qualified in the areas they report on. I’ve spent close to $ 600 on service calls because he pointed out «issues» that were actually none issues. He obviously didn’t like my review and the fact that I actually know certain building codes and had my previous post removed. Do not use this company.

When it comes to home inspectors, Joe Moore is my go-to. Not only is he by-the-book in his approach to inspections, he has always been on time to appointments. There are many good inspectors out there, but Joe stands out by taking pride in what he does. Every single one of my clients has been pleased with him and enjoy the fact that he actually takes the time to educate them throughout the process. I seldom give out five stars, but I have nothing negative to say about Joe. As long as he’s doing inspections, I will be recommending him to my clients.

Joe is a serious Inspector. He takes all the time necessary to do the job right and then presents the results in a comprehensive report that has photos and descriptions of every fault he finds. I highly recommend his services.
