I went to another location today and had no problems having half my sub with lettuce and the other half without lettuce.

Not a fan of the product from this chain. I think in the Sub wars Jimmy Johns offers a fast sandwich that lacks taste in their meats and pretty bland bread. If you are in a pinch they do have food.

We usually order lunch from this location once or twice per week. I always get the Gargantuan with Jalapeño chips, no drink. This sandwich is just OK but the delivery is not as fast as before. I’m just trying to decide whether it’s due to bad/slow service or because of high demand? Will be watching this situation and will report back, in the near future.

I really enjoyed dining at this location last night. I placed my order on my phone and when I arrived they were already working on it. I was greeted with kindness from every employee including the lady who was on break. The food was awesome, very fresh bread and lettuce. My favorite thing about JJ is the provolone cheese. This particular location had a drive thru which was surprising. Overall, I will be back. Hopefully more people rate this location because the 3 stars do not give a true representation.

This review applies only to this location. I live down the road and have been coming to this JJ’s since it opened(almost daily). The service has always been excellent and food always top notch; I am a big fan of Jimmy John’s subs! There is a new employee working the drive thru and I swear he tries to piss me off. I understand that 1 rogue employee isn’t enough to warrant a 1 star review, so I will move on to the important issue. After dealing with this gem of drive-thru worker, I came home to indulge in my recent food purchase. Upon the unwrapping of the sub, I discovered a medium length, thick black CURLY hair caught in between the ham and bread(in plain sight and the FIRST thing I saw); it was just sitting there staring me in the face! Needless to say, the combination of shotty service curly black pube was enough to make this daily JJ lunch goer boycott the location without looking back. BEWARE!

They opened here recently and we immediately ordered sandwhiches delivered to our home. They were okay not great, the bread seems a little dry/stale tasting but we were okay with them enough to order each weekend for serveral months. One day as usual we called and they told us «sorry you arent in our delivery area» we said what do you mean, you’ve been delivering to us for months every weekend. they said«not any more» just like that we were cut off. Done with them.

My review is based on in store, delivery and drive through. I Decided to stop in to order, while I was still placing add ons for my sandwich at the counter an employee was actually making my order before I even paid. By the time I see my credit card receipt. My #14,(add«sauce»!) was done. Talk about freaky fast! While running errands and knowing that I was going to be late if I picked up anything on the way back to the office, I decided to place a online order for delivery. My ETA was 10 mins, so I placed the order right I was leaving from my last stop. Low and behold, the delivery driver was right in front of the office while I was walking in. I signed for it in the parking lot lol. I also came another time right around the lunch rush and decided to try the drive through another week. It’s easy to miss since their sign for it is not clearly visible unless you were looking for it. Just like thier counter orders, my drive through order was done with my #14 as soon as I paid with my credit card. Freaky fast indeed for this location. Come here if you’re limited on lunch time. Each sandwich was made consistently and to my customized request.

Finally had a sandwich from here. Great stuff! Fresh ingredients. Speedy delivery. Well worth the $ 15 for two of us. Great location. They have a drive thru as well which is a plus. Can’t wait to eat here again.

I always go thru the drive up because I am generally in a hurry to get back to work, and I know that if I go through the drive thru here I will be back in no time. I cannot believe how fast they are here! I can be the only car in line ordering, and less than one minute later they have processed my payment and I am driving off bag and drink in hand. Amazing. Everytime. Get the beach club it is awesome!

I walked into this location to find a completely empty new store and 4 employees to greet me. The place was clean, with the typical JJ look but the 91 food inspection score was a surprise. All others had 100’s as I remember. Undeterred we entered to place our order. We decided that since we were in the area, we would get the family sandwiches for later and get the dressing on the side to avoid a soggy sandwich. This is the first time the rest of my family has eaten a JJ’s sandwich. When I asked to have the dressing on the side, a smug 19 year old said, «we don’t do that». Confused I asked again and explained why I wanted the dressing on the side she condescendingly states that she did not have anything to put it in. As if I was bothering her. Yet the place was empty. Being that there was a plastic water cup on the counter I requested she put it in the cup that my wife would hold it until we returned home. «We can’t do that» she repeats. I am quite certain she physically CAN put the dressing in the cup however, it is a choice she and/or corporate is making. Unwilling to bend the rules, this loyal employee took our order and sent us home with, you guessed it, an incorrect order on top of everything. One sandwich was to have only lettuce and they did the exact opposite. I am now so mad about the situation that I will stay away from this location and never consider JJ’S for a meal that I will not eat right away. After going online, it seems that others have experienced the same thing. Take it from my experience tonight. My wet, sloppy Jimmy John’s had the consistency of wet toilet paper and was practically disintegrating in my hands. If you need a meal for later, consider the other options that seem to have figured out a way to please the customer rather then hold to an antiquated«rule» that some genius at corporate implemented. So if you plan on eating your sandwich right away, JJ’s is a great choice assuming you go with the flow and not ask for anything outside of the box. If you plan on getting a sandwich to eat later, you should pass as their soggy sandwiches are terrible. You will be very disappointed.

Jimmy johns is a national chain of sandwich shops. The are probably the fastest sandwich place around. Usually getting my sub to me in less than a minute after I place he order. This particular location opened a couple months ago and seems to draw a steady crowd especially during lunch . There is nothing special about the subs but they all tend to be very well balanced with a good meat to non-meat ratio. There biggest fault is that the subs have too much mayo for my taste. I usually ask them to ease up on the mayo. They get 4 star review because they serve up decent sandwiches that have brought me back a couple times.

I had such high hopes for this place… but what a disappointment! Keep driving past this place. It recently opened so the wife and I thought we would go for lunch since it was Friday. When we arrived the place had about 8 tables occupied with patrons eating. There are probably 12 or so tables total. Since it was our first time in a Jimmy Johns it took us a few minutes of reading the menu to see what we wanted. We stood back from the counter so other patrons could order. When we finally did get to the counter the woman behind seemed ticked off for some reason. My wife ordered the veggie sub. When my wife asked about teh sprouts she was told that there were no sprouts available… so I asked what they substituted since sprouts were called out on the menu. My answer??? We don’t put them on since we don’t have them… and it was said in a condescending tone. The order taker employee should have volunteered the info about the missing sprouts. I guess they were going to make the sub sans an ingredient and not tell us. WTH… bad customer service strike #1. I ordered a Vito which is their version of an Italian. The employee asked me if I wanted hot peppers, which I answered«yes». The subs were in our hands before I paid, so they are really quick to make them. Once I opened the wrapper I saw why. When we got to the table I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged an extra $.25 for the hot peppers. Subway, Publix and Kroger add hot peppers at no charge. I should have been asked if I wanted the peppers for an additional charge, but I was not given an option. Bad customer service strike #2. My Vito was BLAND, BLAND, BLAND… even with the extra cost hot peppers. The layer of meat was paper thin and overall it wasn’t a terribly exciting or good tasting sub. My wife’s veggie was slightly worse. She did not finish it. It had a ton of mayo, the guacamole spread that comes on it was put on paper thin… if I hadn’t taken the top layer of bread off to look for it I would not have thought they put any on. Light on the tomatoes but HEAVY on the shredded lettuce; so much so that she had to remove some of it. Bad customer service strike #3, they are out! Go to Publix, Kroger or Subway… they make a better sub, with more flavor and at a better price. Jimmy Johns shares a common driveway with the QT. I would go eat roller food from QT before I went back to JJs. Veggie sub — $ 4.79 Vito sub — $ 4.79 hot peppers for Vito sub — $.25 Total with tax — $ 10.42
