Kris Darby is the third party contractor that Lowes deploys, so we didn’t have a choice as to which company to utilize for installing the Pergo flooring we purchased from them. The company was so backlogged they sent us a fourth party contractor that did a pretty terrible job. Someone from Kris Darby came to see the work, apologized, and sent a team from their company out to completely redo it, free of charge. Albeit late (it took over three months for the whole process), we love the work the team they sent did. Mr. Tran and his partner were respectful, professional, personable, and informative. Most of all they got the job done, and done well. Would give them 5 stars if it were done right the first time. ;)
