McDonald’s

This McDonald’s literally sucks so much. Every time I go there they ALWAYS mess up my order and I always tend to give them another chance. At this point I’d rather just drive down to the McDonald’s on McGinnis Ferry near Publix. It’s not worth the frustration and nuisance coming to this location.

To much bread in there chicken so not healthy taste bad not so nice staff some other. Things taste like. Bread So not heathy have you seen there. Scores

Came to eat a snack and let our son play on the playground. Playground area was disgusting. Trash overflowing and garbage on the floor. Looked like it wasn’t cleaned for hours. I don’t get it. Nice indoor playground but no upkeep.

So there’s a sign that says «dining room and drive-​thru open 24 hours» and I have gone here many times and tried to go inside at about 11 or 12 and they would be closed and could never seem to explain to me why they were closed when the sign said they were open… recently had 4 people in my car and needed 4 separate orders (normally you’re allowed to have 2), so I asked the woman if I could do 4 since the dining room was closed earlier than advertised and she said yes. when I got to the window she was being very rude, snatching the money out of my hand and shoving my change and food at me. she was being so aggressive she dropped my debit card outside and didn’t even apologize. Very unorganized, poorly managed establishment and I would not recommend going here. I can definitely say it’s the worst service I’ve ever had!

Two stars because their sweet tea is always perfect and the fries are always hot.
So why not four? Well this location is extremely freaking slow when it comes to drive thru! You are McDonalds, you are suppose to be fast! I dont understand how they have two intercoms for drive thru and only ONE person is taking orders on both of them. So you hear another persons order when you are on the far right one. How ridiculous, it does not make anything go by faster. Plus! When you go to pay, that person is even slower because she is the one taking orders and does not even say anything to you about your order and what you are paying for. I been to better McDonald’s than this one.
And don’t even get me started on the inside. The people who work there are so clueless when it comes to ordering and money!!! I order really simple stuff (large sweet tea) and the girl doesn’t even give me the cup. I said can I get my cup? And she said «well you get it when we call your number» WHAT?!? For a large sweet tea I have to wait behind 3 people to get a cup? How ridiculous is that? When I gave her money, she looked at it (without counting) and said I owed more. Its freaking $ 1.07 in coins. A six year old can calculate that.
If it wasn’t for their delicious sweet tea and fries, then I would never be back. But they are the only ones who make it that good. Time to step up McDonald’s!

The drive thru was chaos. The person taking my order could not understand English very well. I had to repeat my order 4 times. I got my order and of course it was wrong. Need to regroup to handle drive through and maybe some that speaks and understands English a little better.

About a year ago,
we refused our food after witnessing one African American girl swiped her mouth with her hand before she handled our drinks.
Today we gave a another try ‚
Order taker was clueless 3 item order
Missed 2 item. /​over charged items were
Mentioned and floor person or blue shirt person came shorted our refunds for the 2^nd time.
Got our food– 2 fish sandwich was served worm. My deluxe burger was cold.
Didn’t even bother at this point.
Got out permanently.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS! 25 minutes in the drive through with only 2 people ahead… Then got to the window and got sent to wait at the parking spot, after 15 more minutes (now at a total of 40 minutes waiting, at this point I had given up but stayed just to see how this would play out) anyway after 15 minutes sitting went inside and the guy said what your been waiting? Then he yelled at the drive though girl, she said she had given our food to someone else on accident as well ass PSHHHHH MK WHATEVA to her boss… Then the «boss» nervously asked what I wanted/​ordered told him got my order and guess what the jalapeño double was a single with one jalapeño… COME ON. I have been coming to this location for at least 5+ years. And never again.

Horrible customer service.
We were looking for a place to meet late at night to work on a project, and the sign on McDonald’s said 24 hour dine in/​drive thru so we decided to work there. We sat down around 10, bought dinner, and started working on the project.
The food was typical, and nothing really stood out. Around 11:30 PM, I noticed 4 high school students walking in, probably finding a place to hang out. Then suddenly, an employee barks at them that she doesn’t to «babysit kids» and that they can’t hang out there. The group ended up leaving a few minutes later.
Then the same employee caught sight of us and said that we had 30 minutes to leave. I got kind of worried since we were in the middle of a project, and the sign said 24 hour dine in. I went up to her and asked about the sign, and she got irritated and also said that she didn’t want to «babysit kids» this late. Then in a sassy tone, she said that since I questioned her, we only have 10 minutes left to stay in the dining area.
We still stayed there until 12AM. However, around 11:50, she went to the door and removed the sign that said 24 hour dine in/​drive thru.
I mean I understand that you get payed terribly and have to deal with people meeting late at night, but you don’t have to sass everyone and remove the sign. Even though I live like 2 miles away, screw this location and I’m never coming here again haha.

FAST ACCURATE DRIVE THRU, 24hr drive thru, INTERIOR MODERN and whole restaurant is renovated. PLAYSET INSIDE which is nice for kids on a hot day. Usually go thru drive thru. The one time went inside they missed a drink and a hash brown but suspect it’s because the person was new.

I used to go to the location all the time when I lived with my parents down the street and never really had any issues, but this time my food was cold! I look forward to the egg white bacon egg and cheese when I go and the whole thing was a disaster! The eggs and biscuit were cold and the biscuit was so crunchy that it wasn’t very enjoyable! I gave them 3 stars because everyone was very friendly and it was quick!

Once again you have to be a complete moron to work a McDonald’s window. They can not ever get an order correct, this location is true to form.

I like this location for many reasons:
1) They have the $ 1 drink (any size)
2) They have the $ 1.99 for 10-​piece McNuggets
3) They’re always accurate with my order
4) When I check in on Four-​Square, I get a free dessert!

I frequent this location almost every day for lunch. Granted I don’t take lunch until 2:30pm, but they are always consistent…
Consistent in the fact that the person taking your order/​money doesn’t speak good English and you have to repeat yourself at least twice.
Consistent in making sure you wait to get your straw last, while you’re sitting in your car sweating, staring at a large cool cup of iced tea you can’t drink.
Consistent in just shoving the food in your face and not saying a word or even acknowledging you or even saying «have a good day» when your order comes out.
I’ve never had a problem with the food, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
