Poor Michaels, They have really gone down hill. Back in the day, it was a great place to find real cool home décor and garden items. I have several pieces of metal art that I purchased here and I really love them. Now, those types of items are long gone and all they seem to carry is just a limited amount of craft items. It is amazing that although the store seems dead much of the time, there is always a long line at check-​out. Weird. It can also be difficult to find help when you have questions. i won’t be shocked if they end up going out of business in the next year or so.

This is not one of the most organized Michael’s I’ve been in. It was crowded, the product was messy and there didn’t seem to be enough cashiers on for a Sunday afternoon.
There was a lovely sale going on, and when it came time to check out, the line was exceedingly long, with only 2 cashiers. I ended up just setting my stuff to the side. I didn’t –NEED– anything, so they lost my sale.

Michael’s is great if I need to run and grab something last minute to finish up and at project but I do find them pricey compared to the other craft stores. This location always has everything you might need but they seem to move things around a lot! Sometimes the staff doesn’t know where things are. I have found that the staff is not asfriendly as some of the other locations! Again I go here if I can’t find something at the more affordable craft stores!

If I could leave negative stars I would. My daughter and her friends went to this michaels to buy shirts for tie dying. The sale was 2 for $ 6 but when they went to pay the cashier rudely told them that the sale was only for small sizes emphasizing the word small. When my husband called to complain, the manager Chastity laughed at him and laughed at the girls situation. As a plus size myself I was mortified for these young ladies. They were embarrassed and humiliated. Michaels you should be ashamed of yourself! And I hope that you think twice before letting people like thus cashier and your manger Chastity represent your company. We will NEVER shop at Michaels again! Hobby Lobby here we come!!!

I have been shopping at Michaels for years in New England and was very excited to find this one not to far from my house here in GA. WOW was I disappointed this store looked like it was going out of business. There were so many empty selves. I needed 2 topiaries to complete my fireplace mantel and couldn’t find any. Such a disappointment guess I’ll have to try hobby lobby which make me unhappy.

Manager and most other staff is just poor in this location. We had many duplicate items scanned on separate occasions. This is akin to store stealing your money, so watch your receipt carefully. Also, today at less than 5 minutes past closure time, registers were already closed and customers forced to leave items and just depart store.

Michaels is cool when I need a last-​minute supply for my cupcakes, but I pretty much only shop here when I have a coupon. Luckily they email them out a few times a week, so I’m always armed with at least 40% off an item. Full-​price tends to be expensive and I’d never buy Cricut cartridges here, as they’re generally almost double the price of those on Amazon.
