PODS

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the PODS Suwanee, Ga location. Brian gave me personalized service and took care of everything from assuring me about the condition of the container, to delivery of the container (on time and as scheduled), storage of the container and re-​delivery. I also needed to access my container while it was in storage and he took care of that too. I would definitely recommend the PODS in Suwanee, GA.

This is for the national company PODS. I’m very frustrated this morning with this company. I had a scheduled move from one address to another yesterday and they said they couldn’t find it. I called the night before to confirm they had everything scheduled & gave them my cell phone # and told them to be sure they call me not the original cell number on my account.
So now I have 4 people who have driven over an hour to help me (saturday) and no pod. They say they have it scheduled for July 3^rd but they are going to try to deliver it but don’t know if they’d be able too. I don’t think they will based on what I’ve seen so far. They also want to charge me another $ 200 because they didn’t communicate internally. I’ve called 3 times to try to get this resolved. It would be nice if they would just do the right thing and deliver the pod first thing this morning! Customer ID 8 266 953

the customer service dept is awesome! my 16×16 pod was delivered promptly, i did not have to be present for delivery, a lot more storage space than i thought,
pick up crew called me before pick up, i was home so i watched the pick up, it was very fast, steady, and smooth. Neighbors enjoyed watching it loaded also,
i have not received the delivery at my new home yet, but will update review next week when i do.
