I drove an additional 5 miles to go to this location since the one 2 minutes from my house is dismal. After this first visit I will continue to drive 5 miles for this store. Customer service was super. The guy who helped me was so awesome he was able to track down a 15 year-old paint produced by Duron, a company that SW bought out FOURTEEN years ago. I had despaired of ever finding and was ready to give up!

Walked in with my boyfriend to check out some paint colors for the house. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The store has tons of paint choices, and even faux collections that you can decorate your walls with. The choices are endless, and painting is a great, not too expensive way to dress up your walls and change the look of a room. Right now, they are offering a 30% discount on paint, so it’s even more a reason to buy. They also sell all the supplies you would ever need to get the job done. It’s a time consuming process, but the staff there really made it a positive experience for us. I’ll definitely be back for more!

This used to be my go to store for paints. They were on the ball. I could pick up samples check them out and then just order over the phone, super convenient. Then something changed. I went in to pick up my pre-ordered paint and it wasn’t ready. Do you know how inconvenient it is to stand around and wait for them to mix and prepare your paint? It’s is so frustrating especially when you have pre-ordered. The final straw was receiving two orders of the same paint, one was suspiciously thin and the other was surprisingly thick? How can this happen when you have a specific formula that you use each and every time? Also, the special paint that we selected in our high traffic areas has not performed well at all and when the quality of the product starts to diminish, it is time to look elsewhere. Unfortunately we had to end our relationship with Sherwin and will be looking for another supplier.
