How do you have a no return policy without a receipt on unopened gift items? Higher prices than office max. Will not shop there again. Thank you amazon.

STANDINGTALL So glad to see that this store is still standing and going strong. Many of the large office supply stores are going out of business, consolidating or significantly reducing their stock. However, Staples is alive and well with phones, computers, paper and school supplies and even office furniture. Sometimes, it is just nice to be able to quietly browse a store and think! Although I didn’t find exactly what I wanted, I did get some helpful ideas. Don’t forget the copy center!

GREATSERVICE, FRIENDLYSTAFF, VARIETY Of PRODUCTS, POSTOFFICE is definitely a Plus!!! FAIRPRICES, not always the cheapest but it is convenient. Great staff. I’ve always experienced staff that were friendly. They always seem to greet you when you walk through the door. I come 3 – 4 times a week. Buy ink cartridges, paper, other supplies every other month or so. LOVE the efficient staff here at the postal outlet. Love that I can drop off my mail and packages at this Staples almost any time without waiting. Here’s my experience: STAPLES — friendly staff, no wait, efficient fast service oriented clerks, more convenient location, opened late so more convenient hours, parking is a breeze, supplies are avail right at the store if I need to repackage something, can shop for other stationery items afterwards, wonderful experience so refreshing FEDERALLYRUNPOSTOFFICES — frustrating wait, sometimes in line for 20mins with packages in hand, dealing with surly non caring, painfully slow, «I don’t want to be here except for the pay check» attitude of the postal clerks, customer service is nonexistent, inconvenient location, not many full service post offices around, and limited hours opened. The USPS really needs to revamp. In other countries, they have opened up mini/express post offices in malls, grocery stores, department stores for customer convenience. Govt expects the USPS to be run like a business but doesn’t allow it to have the autonomy to do so. Like most govt run institutions/departments, it’s become just a union run pension fund that happens to(when the employees feel like it) provide service, sell stamps, and deliver mail. It’s the exorbitant Cadillac benefits/union pensions, decrease mail volume due to email, legislative inability to reform(eg eliminate Saturday delivery) that is dragging down and will cause the USPS’ ultimate demise. Let the USPS be run like a real business in the real world. DEFINITELYRECOMMEND This STAPLES. GREATFORTHECOMMUNITY and convenient for us.

Can I give it a zero star? For God’s sake… Please? Anybody reading this review, beware. Find another staples store. That might save you time, energy and protect you from having a bad day. I drove all the way from work, to this store to buy an office chair. This store was my last option, cos I tried many chairs in different stores(Office max, depot, etc). The chair wchihc I liked and was on sale had no display item. So I asked the manager to assemble one, so that I could try and buy it. The manager out rightly refused to do that giving an excuse like«It’s latter half of the day» and I cannot open one fro display! What the hell… It’s 6pm and he says it’s closing time! Phew.
