Average rating for average service. Some weekends, you will find one person working. When there is only one person working and a line, they will take an order, you pay, then they make your drink, and go to the next, rather than taking the drink orders and filling them all at once for efficiency. I have waited 25 minutes for my order, due to how painstakingly slow they can be. They now also do hot food, which they never offered before. You can also use your Kroger plus card for savings.
