Suwanee Post Office

Although the wait can be rather long at times, that is not the fault of the clerks. They are all extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I have had a good experience with every one of them.

I have only one complaint about service provided by the Suwanee Post Office and that is about the pickup service. They do a great job picking up the packages at my home however, they don’t scan them. I sell on eBay and it is very important that the delivery confirmation barcode get scanned. I have talked to the clerks and even the manager about this more than once. The packages that are picked up don’t get scanned at Suwanee and sometimes don’t get scanned at the Atlanta Distribution Center either. I am now taking all of my shipment to the Post Office every day just to get the boxes scanned. The labels are printed with postage and they are ready to go but I have to stand in line to get them scanned. I have lived in 4 different locations and this post office is the ONLY one that can’t seem to get this right. IF you live in Suwanee don’t use the package pickup service. You will have no idea where your package is and if it gets lost you are out of luck because it was never scanned into the system.

I’m glad someone had good service at this post office because I’ve been in there several times and they are all rude. I’m only giving it two stars because it’s in Suwanee and I like Suwanee.

This is my neighborhood post office and every visit that I’ve made here has been pleasant and efficient. There’s not much you can write about a post office other than you don’t have to wait in line too long and they can take care of all of your shipping needs here.
