Facility is not cleaned on a regular basis. Bathrooms for the students and parents and staff has only one working toilet and the others have been out of order since the summer of 2013. There is never a staff member at the front desk to assist parents with billing questions, class schedules, competitions. For over a week there has been no heat inside the front of the facility where parents seat to watch their kids classes. It was 55 degrees in the facility yesterday 1÷7÷14. Managers slipping out the doors to avoid having to answer questions by parents. Biggest problem is the company auto drafting payments from our banking account without the clients permission. The kids are so excited and dedicated but feel like their skills are not improving as they should
