Verizon Wireless

This Verizon store just opened up a few months ago. It is located in small shopping plaza on McGinnis Ferry Road. I came here because I needed to upgrade my phone as well as change my phone plan to add more lines. This store is owned by a couple that is very friendly and nice. They were happy to explain all the different options to me as well as go over pricing multiple times to make sure we were all on the same page. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed to make any decisions immediately as they were more concerned about my overall experience rather than solely focused on sales.
The store itself is a little smaller than other Verizon stores as it only has a few phones on display with most of them not able to be played around with to test the features. There are only a few of the newest phones that you can try out if you are considering buying them. The store itself is nothing special but the service definitely makes up for it so if you have any issues or need to do something with Verizon, I recommend checking out this spot.
