Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart is great! The clothing selection is by far one of the best in the surrounding area. The clothing is nice stocked for a wide range of sizes and is always organized.
It is a nice area as well. The street has a great variety of restaurant as well

OFF THE BEATEN TRACK!
This Walmart was actually nice for shopping because it is sort of off the beaten track and doesn’t seem to have a great deal of foot traffic. When it comes to Walmart, quieter is better!
Even though I do not purchase groceries at Walmart due to price and quality of produce, I do love the prices for non-​food items. I also love the seasonal holiday gift products that they have available. These items are not stocked on a regular basis so if you see a fragrance gift set or special organizer, you might want to grab it because when its gone, it’s gone.
I was recently looking at a $ 40 carousel organizer for my make-​up items and noticed that Walmart had one for $ 11. Hmmm? There were only two, and I have never noticed these before so I snatched one up!
Customer service was great today with a minimal wait in line.

We stopped to pick up some furniture we ordered online. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, especially the lady helping us (I think her name was Olga) and the young man who brought our stuff out to the car (don’t recall his name unfortunately). Very helpful!

I like this Walmart. It’s always nice and clean and things seem to be stocked well. I enjoy coming to this one even though it’s about 10 miles from my home.
I haven’t ran into any ghetto people Walmart usually tends to track. Customer service has been good thus far.

Today when i went to walmart of course all the usual stuff happened. People in the middle of the aisle, lines to long blah blah. But one thing really stood out to me. I went to the self check out and the cashier came up to me and do you want to make a donation to some fund. Not we are taking donations if you are interested. She said if you have cash. I said i dont have cash. She said i can suspend this transation and take u to my drawer and give you cash back. Ewww i guess there was some reward if you get the most people to donate. But i did not like the way this lady came up to and was pushy. And she did the same thing to everyone. I did not like that at all.

Service was fast this time. The parking lot had carts all over the place. I guess the lot guys get off early hope they don’t dent a car.

After waiting 30 minutes for someone to finally show up at jewelry, they say they no longer adjust watches even if you buy there. #customernoservice.

Kaneisha in electronics was very helpful with assisting me with deciding the perfect gift for a family member. Kudos to walmart.

For being located in Suwanee, I expected a little more than, say, the one in Winder.
I have been coming here for many years and I can’t get over the low level of service here. It has not changed until this past December when I had a cashier girl go out-​of-​her-​way to help me locate and explain their gift cards to me. I was actually shocked by this act of customer service. The problem is that it doesn’t happen enough.
Their fresh produce is average but the prices are competitive. What I do like is the fact that they are starting to carry more organic products. Hopefully, this will be a trend for Walmart, in general.
The location is convenient and there is ample parking.

Can you really expect any good customer service at a Walmart?
I think the closest to someone being friendly to me went like this…
Employee: How are you doing today?
Me: I’m fine.
Employee: Yes, you are ;)
Me: *scarred*
I’m not really fond of the produce either. I’ve had fruit flies come and attack me.
But why do I keep coming back? It’s there. It’s conveniently there.
I can buy towels in the same store I can get Christmas decorations and toys.
I’ve noticed this Walmart doesn’t really have a large selection like some others.
Side Note: It does have a Subways inside!
