Elements Massage

I saw Zach — He was fantastic! I was in excruciating pain in my back. Zach and I chatted a bit. He figure out the problems areas and worked out the muscles that were causing the pain. He listen, solved and was fantastic! I am so thankful for a wonderful professional therapist! I will be visiting the shop to see him and only him. What a perfect gentleman to boot. Thank you Zach.

This place is unfortunate! I don’t think people really know what a professional massage is if they go here! In the few times I’ve been here– I waited over 20 mins for anyone to recognize I was even there, then the quality of massage is poor to say the least. For $ 100 for 55 mins (which they ended 5 mins early) is pretty pricey for inexperienced therapists. Education is needed! It’s pretty much the fast food of massage!

I have a membership and often use my one massage up and get another, frequently turning it into an 80 minute. Raquel, my favorite therapist, is attentive and really focuses on my tough stress knots in my neck. My daughter often asks for massages as gifts, so she’s addicted now too! I have had a couple of misfires, particularly with a talkative male masseuse, but they comped me a massage when I expressed my displeasure. Great customer service!

I’m a tax accountant, and this time of the year I am chained to my desk. As you can well imagine, my back, shoulders, and neck get pretty tight. Stretching helps, but decided to go to Elements to straighten myself out. Let me tell you, this was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. My masseuse, Kelly, was professional and so extremely competent in taking all the stress, tension, and tightness out of my back, shoulders, and neck. She has hands of magic. Great personality and very easy to talk to. Sorry I didn’t think of this sooner. If you go, you will not be disappointed.

Worst customer service is an understatement. Was referred here by one of their clients. Save your money and aggravation. My friend and I will both be going somewhere else. Well done Elelements, you lost two clients today! If you enjoy being spoken to with distain and condensation, and get a mediocre message waste your money here.

I had an amazing visit. The staff was awesome they were very attentive and quick checking me in. I barley sat down and the massage therapist came for me. She was so good I cant wait to see her again. She focused on the areas that were really bothering me (back and legs) was continuously, checking in with me to make sure the pressure was good.
Honestly cant wait to go again.

On a whim I went to elements last night. They thankfully had a late opening left with Vincent. When he came out he had tattoos on his arms and I couldn’t picture him being this relaxing massage therapist. Boy I was wrong. He showed me to the room l, assessed my needs and then left to let me get changed. When he came back he shut off every light. Amazingly relaxing. I swear this man has magic hands. The next 80 minutes were pure bliss. One should never judge a book by its cover (a lesson I learned again last night). I’m sore today but I did ask for a deep massage on certain areas. I’m looking forwards to my next massage.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars because I didn’t actually receive a massage. I called, made an appointment, and was told to show up 5 – 10 minutes before my massage. I walked in this morning 12 minutes early and was told that my name was not in for any appointments now or in the near future. She asked if I’d called the right Elements, so I read her the phone number I called, and she confirmed it was correct. She asked what time I called and I told her — it was still in my phone record. She said they were booked up the rest of the day and tomorrow and offered to reschedule later in the week. Unfortunately my work schedule is ridiculous and I’d made my appointment — I wanted my massage for the time it was scheduled! I cannot come in during the week.
To her credit, the girl at the front desk seemed apologetic, and said she’d like to see if any of the therapists could stay late tonight to fit me in. I’m leaving town this afternoon so that’s not an option.
What really surprised me is that there was nothing complimentary for my troubles. It seems ridiculous that they let me walk out without comping a massage or at least giving a gift certificate.
I certainly won’t be making another appointment because who knows if I’d actually get my massage or not. I guess I will be taking my twice-​monthly massage business elsewhere.

I booked a 55 minute massage when I saw the ad for an introductory rate of $ 49. Not expecting much after getting a not-​so great massage from Massage Envy in Brookline, I was blown away by this place. Jackie did my massage and got out all the knots in my back in the time allotted. I think she also gave me a little more than the 55 minutes. She made sure the pressure was good, the bed was warm, and the room was very clean. I am only giving four stars because the wellness package is too expensive, so even though I would love I go back, it’s more like a once in a while splurge.

level 4 massage– no pain, no gain. :) Amazing results. I went in with a neck so stiff I could barely move my head. She fixed it. period –in 55 min .But the icing on the cake was a bonus, — she offered to get rid of my headache (which i had just randomly complained about) I was skeptical, and then super impressed when she did just that.

After reading my review, the manager called me and apologized profusely. She invited me to come back for a complimentary massage with Wendy, the lead therapist and someone who specializes in prenatal massage.
I went and things were vastly different. The massage was very relaxing, the lighting and atmosphere were very nice and Wendy did a great job reducing some pregnancy related stress.
I would now consider going back to Elements in Swampscott for another prenatal massage.

Very happy to see Elements Massage in Vinnin Square, a perfect compliment to martial arts training. Elements is clean, well designed and the staff are terrific. I am now a regular and a member of their wellness program. Highly recommended!
