Waited for 2 hours in the office. Dr. Goldberg finally came with a quick «How are you?» I think that was supposed to be a greeting. Looked at the notes and looked at my face like it was a piece of meat. I tried to tell him the reason I came but he wasn’t even paying attention. I felt like I have done something or have offended him for waiting for 2 hours. I kept trying to engage him to listen to my problem but his answer was «I can’t remove all of them» .
What a waste of my time and my insurance benefit. The staff was no different. A simple good morning wasn’t even returned. I said «Thank you» but nobody even lifted their heads. I didn’t checked out because they will never even know a patient walked out.
Never again will I return to this cold and rude place. I felt so humiliated by the way they have treated me.

This was my 2^nd time coming to this office. I have warts on my hand. I came last year to get them removed. An associate of Dr. Goldberg scraped them off, and burned the open skin. The warts didn’t return for about a year. I just again went to this office and Dr. Goldberg himself did the treatment. This time he froze them. 2 weeks since my last treatment, the warts are already back. They were never removed at the root. Just the surface. So I spent a $ 50 copay on basically getting my open skin frozen with liquid nitrogen. Fun stuff! Probably not going back here. Warts most often do come back, and multiple treatments are needed. But 2 weeks after a painful procedure, I should not already have my warts back. Not a happy customer.
