Let me first start off by saying, they completely mislead people into thinking they are a Verizon store and they are not, they are just an Authorized seller. That’s problem number 1. I have a business account and needed a new lightning to usb cable for my phone charger. That’s all. I wanted to pick up a new one and was told I could not charge the cable to my business account, if I buy in the store I have to pay in the store. I told him I’ve been to about 15 different Verizon resellers and I’ve always been able to charge things to my business account, but this douchebag and I can’t stress what a douchebag this guy was enough.(Read all my other reviews on Unilocal I’ve never resulted to name calling, or cheap shots like this ever, that’ show bad this guy was) whatever I didn’t feel like getting into it over a $ 20 purchase. I was then being asked my name, address, phone # etc etc for a cash transaction! I told the man he needed need that information as I was paying cash. He told me he couldn’t complete the sale without it. I left and bought the same cable at Target for $ 4 less.

I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. I got a new rep who did not download my information correctly. She gave me my paperwork at the end of the transaction and did not explain my charges. When I got home and read through all the material I realized I got charged $ 40.00 for her to download my information and it is non-refundable. I spent an hour doing it my self at home later. I called up several times in the course of the 2 week«refundable» period to request that charge be taken off of my bill. I was basically told I would get a call back in a couple of days. I did not get a call back at all. This Verizon store has horrible customer service. The salespeople here are just looking to make a sale and will not help you if you have a problem. They will just pass the buck to get you off the phone. This was a waste of precious time on my vacation I can not get back. Do not go to this store unless you want to be aggravated.

First, this not even an official Verizon Store. Secondly, they kept us there for hours trying to sell us things we didn’t ask for or need. Finally, the«free» tablets they tried to sell us(without telling us they have a service fee of $ 10 every month) were crap. When we tried to return everything the next day, they were utterly incompetent. The Worst phone purchasing experience ever.

DONOTGOHERE. Most sleazy salesmen ever. They are either INCOMPETENT or COMPLETELIARS! Sixth time dealing with them. Should have only had to go in once. With 5 phones on the plan to buy you’d think they wouldn’t blatantly lie to your face. They will lie to you. They will swindle you. And you will be the loser here STEERCLEAR!

I have come here on a couple of occasions with issues with my phone. Rich has been my savior twice. Today he spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to ensure I get a New phone, even though customer care seemed to just want to tap a few buttons to «fix» my issues. He makes you feel like your needs are important and he wants to ensure your happiness. As a manager myself this is what I want my employees to strive to be, I am jealous he doesn’t work for me!

Stopped in at the Swansea Verizon store recently to upgrade an Iphone. We were there for three hours and the gentleman helping us had no clue how to transfer over the contents of the old phone to the new. He made several derogatory remarks about the I phone early on which were unprofessional. We asked for a manager to help him and no one did. Meanwhile staff were standing around chatting. Spouse spent several hours the next day fixing the phone issues via telephone support. Will not be purchasing or ugrading a phone here again.

The guys in here are jerks. Try to avoid this place. They’re sleazy, cheap, and slick. Not the type of place that makes you feel comfortable. If you want to buy an iPhone, go to the Apple store in Providence.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal customer with Verizon for over 15 years and have always been satisfied until now. I bought a brand new HTC One from the store and it had a defect where it turned on and off on it’s own about 5 times a day. I was told by a salesman named Bruno Pina that if I waited until after my 14 days of purchase that he would call a third party and get a new phone overnighted to me. However, that was not possible because I waited until after the 14 days. Long story short, it was horrible customer service and I am so dissapointed. Bruno Pina is seriously one of the sketchiest sales rep ever and it definitely causes him to not be able to do his job properly.
