It was our first visit to Nick’s Place. We ordered a twelve piece garlic chicken wing, and a large pepperoni pizza to go. We park the car around back; all the counter people were friendly. Our order was on time and came to a little over twenty dollars price okay. The food was excellent and I enjoyed the wings the best. I’ll go back; I can recommend Nick’s Place.

It’s my favorite pizza place in the area. It has all of your typical menu options. Pizza has good sauce, nice crust and is never greasy. Nothing worse than having to dab napkins full of grease off of a slice before you can take a bite. The onion rings need some work but everything else is amazing. It’s not overpriced either.

So their slogan is «the healthy choice», I would definitely say that that’s definitely not the case. It’s a typical deli with pizza, subs, calzones, and a few salads. What they DO have that I don’t see at most other delis is the portuguese steak sandwich that is DELICIOUS. Whenever I have a craving for these at a very(very) cheap price, I definitely head on over to Nick’s Place for this wonderful piece of yum. Now, I’m Portuguese, so I have had the traditional portuguese steak sandwich a million times in my life(cut me open and I bleed wine, garlic and butter) and I wouldn’t say Nick’s is the best, but it totally does the trick. Its shaved steak covered in a buttery red wine sauce, fried egg, bulky portuguese roll and fries. Everything ends up sopping in this delicious sauce and you cannot eat this sandwich without at least 2– 3 napkins, a bib and a poncho, but I promise this is a goshdarn good sandwich. Bonus? you can get it on a pizza too! Check this place out… you won’t regret it.
