Jansen Tree Experts

We just had some intense tree work done in our back yard. Jansen was wonderful to work with, they showed up the same day for the estimate and had the work done in 48 hours! We were thrilled with the results and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We were thrilled too have found them and look forward to using them again in the future!

We had a 75 foot tree come down on our deck so we’re eager to get the weight off the deck ASAP.
I called Jansen Saturday early evening and they had someone on our property 10 a.m. Sunday to assess and give us an estimate.
Tom couldn’t have been nicer. He scheduled his crew first thing this morning (Monday). It was a full job… about eight guys. They were all professional, polite and you could tell they respect the company and worked well together. My lawn and driveway looked as clean and orderly as it did prior to the tree falling!
I’d definitely recommend this company!

I’ve been debating whether to pen a review as it has been seven months since I first contacted Jansen Tree and they did not actually perform any tree service. But to paraphrase Seinfeld «You know how to take a reservation, but not keep the reservation.» You see, I had scheduled Jansen to come out and take a look at six trees that I wanted taken down. Their estimator did arrive and do his job — but I never received an estimate. Repeated requests for the estimate, or even for someone to just call, where futile. I’m not sure why they never called back. Oh well, guess they didn’t need the business. Unknown number of stars for the tree service and one star for the lack of customer support/​communication.
