was not happy with the way the owner treated me
I thought he was rude and somewhat of a bully

I had an appointment for service and went to drop my car off. I was the only customer in the service area. The man acknowledged me, but asked me to wait until he had completed some other paperwork which took a few minutes. I don’t know why he couldn’t put the paperwork aside, wait on me, and then return to it after I left. Not only was I left waiting, but my ride was waiting. I left feeling irritated and disappointed with the customer service experience.

Bought my daughter a car there and the entire experience was just wonderful. I can’t believe I was in and out of there in under 1 hour ! I got some free doughnuts and seriously awesome hospitality. I guess the little things matter. Oh yeah a great deal also haha

I went in here today to ask about a 2014 model that didn’t sell well. I knew they were in short supply, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.
First, I waited for quite a while. There was no receptionist at the desk marked for one, and the only salesperson in the entire room was on the phone. Another woman (job unclear) paged sales several times, but no one appeared. When the one guy got off the phone, he waved me over. He didn’t introduce himself. I told him what I was looking for. He said, «Yeah, can’t help you.» When I asked him to check the computer for other dealerships that might have it, he refused, saying that if I didn’t buy it, he didn’t «want to be stuck with it.» He didn’t offer to help me in any other way.
The upside? First time I’ve ever been in a car dealership when I wasn’t subjected to a hard sell. But that’s the only positive thing I can say.

I’ve been shopping around for a sport coupe for a while. I currently own a Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track and looking to get into something a little more… solid. I stopped here to see about test driving a 370z and was told by the sales manager, Dave, that test drives on that model and the GTR are only allowed after a deal has been worked out and the customer is ready to buy. The reasoning was that «no one wants to buy a sports car that’s been driven by 10 people and has 200 miles on it» and «this method has us at the top of the sales for the 370z.» I felt as though I was being talked to as if I were a child.
1. I will never…*never*…consider buying a car at a dealership that will not let me test drive it before discussing pricing or signing paperwork.
2. What’s to stop me from agreeing to talk numbers, take it for a spin, and then say «Nope, don’t want it» and walk out?
3. You do a huge disservice to the GTR when you compare it to a 370z. The cars are leagues apart and while I understand that the Z is a «performance» coupe, it’s not in the same ballpark. There’s no reason to tell prospective customers they can’t get behind the wheel.
4. If you don’t want people driving up the mileage on all your cars, invest in a demo vehicle.
5. Don’t offer to «let me drive any Maxima or Altima I want» when I clearly am only interested in a particular model.
I called up Chapman Nissan while I was still in the parking lot and set up a test drive within a half hour. The rep I spoke with at Chapman was fantastic, as was the test drive. If you want a superb experience, go to Chapman and ask for Chris.

3 reasons why I do not like this dealership:
1. I first went to Loughead Nissan on a Saturday and parked in «Customer Parking». I get out of my car and a salesman approaches me and I thought ‘wow what a nice welcome’. Only instead of this guy welcoming me to Loughead he said «You need to move your car, we need to get a car out of the salesroom.“REALLY? That’s how they treat a customer who is parked in Customer Parking? Hello, have they heard of cones to mark off parking spaces?
2. Because I really wanted to test drive I decided to walk in despite the rude behavior. I was able to test drive to be told just to use my mirrors and not to worry about blind spots. Um, this is actually why accidents happen – there is a place where mirrors will not show a car in the lane next to you.
3. I emailed the salesman for a quote and NO response. I double checked that I had the email address correct from her business card. Apparently they are not looking for sales?
The car buying experience is hard enough, and then to deal with all of this? Sorry but I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Was there because friend new the owner 1^st day there to look at a 05 Mazda3. I talked to a very nice gentleman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the dealership. Went back couple days later to test drive it again and talked to another salesman named Scott who was rude and not very knowledgeable. We talked numbers came up with a price I was happy with. I ask him the interested rate he didn’t know it I asked him couple other questions he didn’t know and had to go ask and made us sit there for 45 mins only coming over once to tell us that it’s gonna be a couple more mins. He was talking to the finance about me and my girlfriend while we were sitting there waiting. Went back to finalize the deal and he changed everything up on me and was there for 4 hours. The dealership I don’t have to much of a problem with and Ted Loughead is a very great guy and business man. As far as Scott he’s the worst car sales man I ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM SCOTT!

Bought my 2012 maxima several months ago here. The sale person Eileen was a great sport. She was very knowleable person for her age. I give loughead an a+ for the great deal they gave me on trade. They found the car i wanted within hours. The entire process went as smooth as a babies butt. I recomend Loughead Nissan to anyone that is looking to buy a car.
