Service was slow, employees are dressed in baggy sweatpants like they just rolled out of bed.
Since they have opened this year they advertised they sold Guernsey Farm brand ice cream, and that’s specifically what we came for. Therefore we asked which of the flavors were Guernsey Farm brand and the employee said ALL the hand dipped flavors were. She then proceeded to scoop my ice cream out of a Hudsonville brand tub.
Once I got my cone with the ice cream I was lied to about regarding the brand, it was the ugliest scooped cone I have possibly ever received. It almost fell off and I had to put the unsightly wad of ice cream in a cup.
Safe to say I was not impressed.
