Hydro Armor is a top notch basement water proof company who took care of the project from soup-​to-​nuts always keeping the customer in mind. Tony, the salesman, was not pushy at all and was very educational and knowledgable about the service and ensured my wife and I understood the geology/​physics behind upgrading our floating floor water proofing system. The bid was within a few hundred dollars of other bids.
They were quick to begin the project and sent a team of highly experienced water proofers who executed the project in a very clean and efficient manner. I think my basement was cleaner than before the project began. It only took 1 day for the 95 linear feet to be completed.
There was one minor hiccup in the communication on the placement of an existing water back up pump, and the Hydro Armor team was quick to respond and make a fix. They sent Tony, their service technician, over right away to make the fix. They even did this between Christmas and New Years.
We are now through major rain storms and a very large snow melt. My basement is still dry and has no moisture smells. Great job Hydro Armor. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I have a 100+ year old home with a farm fieldstone foundation and an old crumbling basement floor that was always damp after rains. I have been in search of a waterproofing solution for years before I came across Dan’s video’s demonstrating his approach at solving the challenges of seepage and buildup of hydrostatic pressure. I had previously had a french drain installed and it was totally ineffective. HydroArmor sent in various crews (demolition, hauling, finishing, construction) and each of them were courteous, respectful, extremely neat, and incredibly hard working. The company has a professional scheduler that communicates in advance and coordinates the crews. It is a true professional operation. All work was completed on schedule with total satisfaction. They went out of their way to please including offering to move out all of the items that were stored there and return them after finishing. The workers worked throughout the day and didn’t leave until they were finished. I highly recommend them as a solution to the ultimate dry basement.
