Don’t use this or any other Sprint company. Their coverage is crap, including large parts of the country, heavily traveled areas, and areas they claim to cover get zero signal. I’ve filed two complaints against then with the FCC due to their lack of service and the nearly abusive attitude I of their online presence as well as the lack of assistance from their complaints group. They even led to the FCC in their response top the second complaint I filed, but, because they answered the complaint, the FCC closed it without taking any action, making them equally useless.

My contract with AT&T ended and I was visiting my friend in the neighboorhood, so I was like let me check out what Sprint has to offer, first thing I walked into a nice air conditioned and clean showroom, so that’s very welcoming, I was greeted by Joe with a big smile, I honestly had no intentions to buy a phone, but as Joe showed me the Galaxy 3 and all the better features that it had over my Iphone4, I honestly was still not sold yet, as I have been an AT&T customer for a long time, then he furthermore explained to me that Sprint has unlimited data! I was sold I always felt so restricted with AT&T (2gb plan) I would be scared to watch youtube on the road, I feel like so FREE now! Sprint you have yourself an asset of an employee at this gem spot!
