OK, As far as knowledge, workmanship and friendliness I would rate them a 5 star. However as far as responsiveness and timeliness after sale support I regrettably must rate them a 1. They installed two gate operators at our home of which one stopped working 3 weeks ago, left them a friendly message requesting service for 2 weeks without any returned call. One Friday morning a tech showed up without prior notice and eventually found that a card needed to be replaced. He spoke with the supplier and was told it was in stock and therefore would be returning on Monday to install it. Monday came and went and again I left a message… Tuesday left a message… Wednesday left a message… as of this posting still awaiting a return call??? Again, it is really unfortunate cause Jeff really knows his stuff and very helpful, if he can be reached.

I love Jeff’s personalized service. I love that I can text or call him and I get a response quite rapidly. His prices are good and fair. I always feel like the job gets completed in a timely manner and has come back to fix things I didn’t like at no charge. He has worked on my home on 3 projects AND, as a realtor, I have used him for inspections for my buyers ($ 99!!!) and to protect my sellers when buyers try to take advantage of cost for repairs. Jeff has saved my butt and made me $$ :)
I highly recommend him and I really like that I feel like I’m dealing with a friend, not a sleazy, dirty laboror.

These guys are great and go beyond the job.

Just had 360 Electric come out for an emergency repair. The guy that answered the phone was very helpful and guided me through some steps to try and avoid an after hours charge. I told him that I didn’t care and they came out within an hour. It ended up being a bad breaker and they replaced it with a new one. I think the price was more than fair. I actually thought it was going to be a lot higher. They said they would rather keep me as a long term customer instead of ripping me off. That makes me feel confident about them seeing that I am a single woman that usually relies on referrals. I would definitely use them again.

I have been using 360 Electric for my 28 unit apartment building for the past 4 years and before I found Jeff and the boys I was going through electricians like underwear. Jeff came by and assessed the needs of the building right away, the first bid was exactly what I was looking for and didn’t have to worry about haggling back and forth.
360 Electric replaced every single sub panel for the building, worked on some of the lighting around the building and even ran a whole new line when one of my units wasn’t getting electricity from the main. All was done professionally, expediently and most important to many… at a great price!

360 Electric installed my driveway gate operator for me. Jeff (owner?) came out to give me an estimate. He was professional and punctual. The price seemed reasonable, and I went ahead and signed up for the installation of the gate motor. Everything went well during installation. Both electricians were friendly and professional. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because when I called Jeff and asked about the adjustment of the motor because the gate was banging on the house when opened, I left a message and I did not get a call back. When I called back a week later, this time I was able to speak with Jeff and he set up an appointment for someone to come out for me on Friday between 9:30 and 10:30, but no one came. I called and left a message the same day, and I didn’t get a response. Then Monday I called and left another message. This time I got a response, and Jeff came over to adjust the motor himself. As usual, Jeff was very professional and very nice. I’m not sure what happened with the no show and non response, but since it happened, I could not give them 5 stars. I think this company is definitely professional and knows what they’re doing. They found some wiring issues under my house while installing the power for the motor and brought them up to my attention. They seem to be caring and want to ensure that everything is done right and according to codes.

Love this place! My husband and I remodeled our kitchen and thought it would be easy to move wires from one wall to another. Three shocks and many splices later, it just didn’t feel right so we decided to call an electrician.
We were on a big time crunch though as we had new cabinets and counter tops being installed that week. We found them online and left a desperate message at 8 pm. Someone called us back within the hour. They were available to stop by according to our schedule first thing in the morning (I’m sure they would’ve come that night had we told them we needed them to).
Jeff showed up on time the next morning, went through our kitchen with us and without judgment, pointed out all the dangerous hazards we had inadvertently created. Five uncovered splices in the kitchen? Really? What’s wrong with that, we asked! He was so understanding of us and our need to do it ourselves and was very supportive, and best of all, set our minds at ease with his expertise and explained what needed to be done to not only bring our kitchen back up to code, but make it safe for us to live in!
He gave us a quote, and best of all, said we could probably find someone to do it for a bit cheaper if we looked around, but we know that finding a GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE and TRUSTWORTHY electrician is priceless. We didn’t even bother looking for a cheaper price, he offered us peace of mind, excellent customer service and extensive knowledge and that was worth more than saving a couple bucks!
His guys came the next day and treated our house with the utmost respect. We’ve had contractors work on our house before and they don’t always leave it clean. These guys actually left our house cleaner than when they arrived! They were conscious of the holes they had to cut in our drywall (asked us before they cut it and also made sure it was small enough and that the cuts were clean enough for us to easily patch it back up), and swept up after themselves and made sure to leave our home in better condition than when they came.
Jeff followed up the next day to make sure we were happy and even came back for free to answer some of our questions and show us how to connect our outlets and light switches back on (even though that was not in the contract for what we paid for)!!
Their pricing was actually really good too, it cost about $ 900 for them to rewire our ENTIRE kitchen, add a light box outside and misc. other things. The electricians stayed longer than the quoted 4 hours and they ate up that cost themselves, without question, since we had already agreed to the price. We were extremely happy that they took their time to do the job correctly and safely rather than rush through it just because they quoted us 4 hours.
All in all, we are extremely pleased with them and will definitely call on them for all our electrical needs. They are the best! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!
