We left this company to go with Unifirst because of some billing problems which kept occuring. Even though we finally go the problems ironed out, the CFO of our company would have nothing to do with them. This was a mistake because, even though we don’t have billing problems with Unifirst, we do have all sorts of other problems with getting what we need (towels, aprons, etc). Aramark ALWAYS had what we needed and, if there was an error, the driver was back by early the next day with the correct item (s) — never did we have a hiccup in our production because of Aramark (not the case with Unifirst). You might have to do some negotiating to get the price you’re looking for, but they WILL match competitors and you will be better serviced.
