Little hole in the wall. Homemade Mexican food. Food’s good and service is good. I come here for breakfast every chance I get when I’m working at the LA aqueduct. Can’t beat it for the price, portions and flavor. Hot sauce has a great kick to it.

This place was ok. The salsa dip was the best part of meal. My son got the caldo de res(soup) and it had no flavor at all. I had to add salt. I had a burrito and it was ok and my husband got the huevos con chorizo and he thought it was alright. It wasn’t the worst food we’ve tried but it could had definitely been better.

Omg. Food is delicious here. Mole sauce is authentic and very delicious. Service was on top of it. Never allowed drinks to get empty. Rice was excellent. Would love to have a Los Lomas closer to home!

I get there at 8 without realizing that’s their closing time and the man closing up still let me place my order to go. I wanted to try the different meats so I ordered tacos de asada, carnitas and Chicharron. 4 tacos = a little over 10.00. I thought that was insane UNTIL i actually saw the tacos. They are big. Not huge but bigger than your regular taco stand. Great amount of meat and all the toppings. Tacos were very good! Will definitely be back to try other food items.

Las Lomas is such an amazing hole in the wall type of restaurant! If you love Al Pastor they have a very tasty and delicious Al Pastor. This place is located off Roxford ave and San Fernando rd. I highly recommend their Micheladas and if you like spicy ask for them to make it extra spicy. You’ll thank me later. The staff is so friendly and they will make whatever you want even if it is not on the menu(if possible). The employees are people friendly and are always stopping by to make sure that everyones drink is either full or to take additional orders.

What a pleasant surprise! We really enjoyed our breakfast at Los Lomas, a small restaurant in a mini mall. I had eggs with nopales and my husband had huevos rancheros. The chips and salsa were fresh. They had handmade flour tortillas. Their beans and rice were very tasty. The eggs with nopales were fine and their hot sauce looked and taste homemade — and hot! The wait staff was nice. There were lots of patrons eating menudo. We definitely will be back!

Pretty tasty Mexican food. I’ve had the burrito and some tacos and they are very good. Packed with lots of ingredients which makes it enjoyable. It’s pretty small inside but they make the space work well. Try this place you will like it.

I work and live close to this place. I usually have breakfast burritos when i have not eaten breakfast. I usually get ham, egg, beans, sour cream. Is a good combination. I ask the waitress which breakfast burrito she likes and it had bacon, potato, egg, cheese and i forgot what else it was so good so when i call i ask for the same burrito. carne asana burrito is amazingly good. Highly recommend. God place to eat and waitresses and owner are nice.

The food ranged from just OK to very good! but the service is a whole different story… when we arrived we were told to sit wherever which we did, after a minute or so our«waitress» brought over the menu’s and while we proceeded to look them over she took her break and ate her food and chatted up another waiter & waitress while we waited, and waited… five-ish minutes went by and I was ready to walk out, then finally someone came to take our order. We placed our order and food was reasonably quick coming out of the kitchen… Bacon & Cheese Omelet($ 8.49) As you can see the hash browns were cooked wonderfully, the omelet was average in size and topped with fresh slices of avocado and filled with a good amount of crispy bacon and cheese, what I didn’t like was it also had onions and tomato which I don’t like in my eggs and the menu said nothing about these ingredients! 3-Stars Huevos con Nopales($ 7.99) For you Gabachos Nopales = Cactus! nicely scrambled eggs, nopales and cheese add some of their delicious salsa roja those huevos con nopales is as good as it gets!, the country potato’s were nicely cooked and the frijoles were on point(guess I forgot the photo) 4.5Stars Taco de Al Pastor($ 2.85) YES, $ 2.85 per taco! large size store bought corn tortillas, filled with pork they claim to be al pastor I got flavor of pork but not pastor! 1.5-Stars You want legit Al Pastor? Go to El Faro!

Been here twice now. Both times my expectations were exceeded. The staff is polite and the food is amazing. I was served quickly and was in and out in under thirty minutes. If you are looking for authentic, look no further.

This place is awesome. Food is great, wait is short, price is good. I have been here a few times now, including it once being catered. You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner too.

Its a good bang for your buck. Average portion sizes, and price wize its on the lower average side. The people seem friendly, service is average. But a good hole in the wall place to go. The nice thing is that the restaurant is comfortable, outside it was 96° and they had it nice and cool when I came in. I would go back. –BdC

Came here one day for a late brunch, I wanted breakfast but also wanted some lunch even though it was already 1pm. The parking is pretty scarce if they ever got busy parking could be difficult. The place is also a little divey, it appears they moved into the shop next to them but from the outside it still looks like the store that was there before. The interior looks like someone started with a vision of something and then gave up half way into the project. However, I’ve come to learn that while décor inside and out may be wanting the food can be surprising so its worth a try sometimes. The waitresses were very nice, got us seated right away and throughout the experience were on top of things, although I think an extra stop by the table for drinks would have been appreciated. The salsa and chips they provided were nice. The salsa looked like pico di gallo but had a surprising kick to it I liked. If you’re not into spicy you might want to see if they had a mild but I liked it a lot. I want to try some other things from here but this visit I got a single carne asada taco and the machaca. For the taco, I liked it, it was bigger than I thought, the meat was a little dry but still good and the tomato, guac and cheese rounded it out nicely. The machaca has some options, I ended up getting it with country potatoes which had bell peppers and beans. It hit the spot for what I was looking for. I would really like to see them spruce up the inside and outside of the place.

I’m always in the search for a good mom and pop type of Mexican restaurant. Ironically, I found this when I was searching for«fast food restaurant» on Unilocal. This place is right on Roxford and San Fernando. Parking, surprisingly, there is a lot of parking. The restaurant shares the lot with other stores, a donut shop, and some other stores which I don’t remember. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the waitresses. To me, going to a Mexican restaurant and they speak English fluently is a huge plus. The waitresses were also super friendly. As soon as I saw machaca on the menu, I knew exactly what I wanted. I noticed there was a breakfast machaca plate and a lunch plate. I’m assuming that the lunch plate didn’t come with eggs nor the option to choose country potato over rice. I also ordered an a la carte carne asada burrito. Chips and salsa — the salsa was more of a pico de gallo, which I love. It was nice and spicy. Most Mexican restaurants I go to, the sauce is usually bland. Not at this place! They have jamaica and horchata. Please, do not pronounce the«h» in horchata. That’s just embarrassing. lol Carne asada taco — nice big portion. The meat was chopped cubed steak, that was nice. It had beans, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. It was very good. Machaca breakfast plate — I ordered mine with rice and beans, with corn tortillas. The beef and egg were seasoned very well. It may have been cooked with chorizo. There were ample amounts of bell pepper which I originally had mistaken for jalapenos. I still prefer the machaca plate at Los Toros in Chatsworth, but this was still pretty good.

I discovered this place when I was in the mood for a really good cheese enchilada. I of course used Unilocal to help guide me and one Unilocaler said Los Lomas had the best cheese enchiladas she has ever had. Well that sold me. I went to this small establishment, ordered a cheese enchilada and chile relleno combo and within a short amount of time was served a large plate of food along with some complimentary chips and salsa. The food was ok, it was served hot and in abundance. To me it was decent enough, nothing I haven’t had before, lots of cheesy greasy Mexican food.
