Merle Norman Cosmetics

My daughter and I just got threaded at Merle Norman; Amazing service by Elena! Definitely will be back.

My mother in law works at the factory adjoining this store location. She introduced me to Merle Norman cosmetics. I love their Luxiva night cream!
The introduction of OPI products was a wonderful surprise! I love buying my nail polish here.
My one criticism has nothing to do with the amazing service and knowledgable staff. I have been shopping with this company since 2003, and I feel that the product line could use a little makeover.
It seems to me that the line caters mainly to a mature demographic. I feel that they could get a lot more revenue if they offered a more youthful touch to their cosmetics (shades, etc).
Again, that’s just my opinion and not a reflection of the staff. This location reminds me of an old school Hollywood starlet type of class. Lovely.

My wife likes to stop at this Merle Norman Cosmetics shop when she needs to replenish her make-​up supplies. The place is very small in size but stocked up with many products. If they do not have a particular item, they will order it for you.
The gentle lady operating the shop is very friendly, cordial, and extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable in makeups and colors. She also maintains a clean and well organized shop.
For those male readers that take your spouses to this Merle Norman Cosmetics shop and you feel bored waiting on her, make sure you cross the street and visit the Nethercutt Collection (See my review.)

This is a nice little studio-​and they have a lot of products in here despite the size. It’s not too busy and the gal working there was very friendly but not pushy with the sales pitch. It’s clean and well maintained too.
