Mountain View Manor Apartments

Im only giving one star because I have too do not rent here! They say they don’t allow pets but there is dogs everywhere, no parking, extremely noisy, the people at the front desk are never there, and worst of all there is an Extreme roach infestation! You can be the cleanest person on the earth and the roaches will still be everywhere in the apartment. They offer free exterminations which is a joke, even the exterminator said its a waste of time because they are going to keep coming back. The exterminator himself told us that the management knows of the problem and they won’t do anything because they don’t want the health department to shut them down. The corporate office is a joke and the Vice President is a jack ass over at Bertram Partners ! He knows of the roach infestation but he chooses to do nothing about it! He will get what is coming to him. He is a stuck up jack ass who thinks he can’t be touched. I keep calling to speak with the President because the Vice President has no respect but of course they refuse to put the President on the phone! We called the health department and they sent a man to look at our apartment & after looking in our empty kitchen the man was scared to look at the rest of the place, and said we will be going to court! Save yourself the misery and rent elsewhere. This is an extreme health hazard I don’t know how people especially with children stay here as roaches causes extreme health issues. This whole complex needs to be shut down. The renters here really need to speak up and report to the health department like we did. The low rent price is not worth your health!

Run away, far away
They treat you very nicely when you are looking for an apartment, but they are not totally up front as to the length of the lease and such.
They put a 71 year old man with a heart condition on the third story, just about as far from an elevator as you can get.
The apartments are spacious though, and very clean.
