Great service! I called to inquire about sending an orchid plant to nearby San Fernando, CA. They texted me two photos to show me their selection. Great customer service!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom’s office for her birthday as a surprise, but my mom mentioned she wasn’t going to the office that day and instead was going to a work convention. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to update the date, but Dennis made it happen!
I ordered the flowers to be delivered on a Tuesday but wanted to change it to that Monday. It was around 7pm Saturday night when I emailed the company my request thinking that I would give it a shot, but that they probably wouldn’t see my email. Keep in mind that it was the day before Easter. To my surprise, Dennis wrote me back saying he would make it happen.
I really appreciated the customer service that I received and would definitely order from them again. Not to mention, the flowers were beautiful!

Called for flower arrangement and delivery mid afternoon and didn’t even expect it to be delivered in time nor same day… They took the order and delivered it promptly. The arrangement was lovely and priced very reasonably. Made someone deserved very pleased, as I was a bad boy…

As a floral designer I am extremely critical about how flowers are arranged. I gave them instructions via phone for two funeral sprays to be done in a tropical theme. They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I hardly ever write reviews. But with that said I could not help but to write this one after the extraordinary service I received from Saint Germaines. I ordered a custom funeral spray arrangement which was gorgeous. My parents were disappointed with flowers from another flower shop and when I explained this to Dennis at SG Flowers he was extremely professional and understanding. He was able to deliver another beautiful custom arrangement the very next day which left my parents smiling in spite of their sadness. I am beyond satisfied with the work they did at my wedding and the customer service they provided! I was looking for a florist to decorate my wedding ceremony location, do the bridesmaids bouquet, groomsmen boutonnière and other flower arrangements. Upon arrival I met Michelle. She was very polite and professional. I made an appointment to meet with her and go over the details. She worked around my budget and did a GREAT job. The day of the event she was at the ceremony location ensuring that everyone had their bouquets and boutonnieres. Michelle even went to my limo and delivered my bouquet and helped my father put on the boutonnière. Very nice people who provide great customer service and do an awesome job arranging flowers!

I went with this flower shop after reading some of its good reviews on Unilocal and Google. I liked the fact that they were a small family owned business and that they offered same day delivery. Their arrangements are very well priced and absolutely beautiful. I sent my fiancée some flowers and even I was amazed at what they had sent. I felt like I got a great deal. Even called them afterwards to thank them. I will definitely use saint germain flowers again in the future.

Your staff just ignored a few of your clients standing under the scorching sun trying to figure out how to purchase or pick up their flowers. I called In an hour ago and told someone I’m coming over as spoke and when I came. it seemed like they were closed for the day. I called again and I kept getting the answering machine and it is not even 5pm! I came at exactly 4:10.waited by the gate while calling that maybe they would open the gate. another customer came trying to call and looking in from the gate trying to figure out what was going on. I saw a few employees inside walking by the glass windows of the store and didn’t even acknowledge that clients were outside, didn’t answer their phone either! It’s so rude and disappointing! It’s so unprofessional that you would treat your clients wanting to bring business to you. It seems like our money isn’t good enough for your business. If you want to close early for the day or any day, change your damn hours for crying out loud. Don’t waste our time driving to your place. time is essential. We should’ve went to a different flower shop. I would give you a zero if I could.

Been coming here for a long time and Michele is always very helpful and love the way my arrangements come out for my wife n Mother’s Day events etc.

I have never been more pleased and impressed. We had to organize flowers for a last minute memorial service for my father-​in-​law. We chose Saint Germain because they were nearby and decently priced. What we got were the best quality, most beautifully arranged flowers I have ever seen. All on ONE day’s notice!
Not only was the quality superb (would have cost twice as much elsewhere for less), but the family/​employees were so respectful and kind. They even helped us drive the flowers to the church (no charge) when they did not fit in our car. Fantastic, wonderful experience! We can’t thank them enough.

Nice hidden place, reasonable prices unlike the other florists in the San Fernando area that wanna charge an arm and a leg… will definitely be coming back!

Where to begin. Michelle is both an incredible artist and a wonderful person. She took my vision for the wedding, and turned it into the most beautiful event I have ever seen (and I really don’t think I’m being biased:)). I remember peeking out of my bridal suite and being awed by how beautiful the table centerpieces looked, the gazebo, the aisle, etc. I gave her very little direction, and trusted her and it paid out. I really felt the love they put into the flowers and decorations. I completely relied on her for all décor and decided to just invest in the flowers. The budget went a long way and it looked absolutely beautiful.

Great for succulents – not the boring kind. Pretty ones, and the staff there is helpful with which ones want shade, or can take full sun. Really nice place. Prices are great.

This is my favorite flower business in all of Southern California. Michelle, Dennis and Fausto are so attentive, professional and create the most beautiful flowers you will ever see. Their prices are competitive and I gurantee the customer service is the best you will ever experience!

I contacted Michelle a little more than a week before my wedding and met with her the Saturday before. She helped me pick all my personal flowers — a pure white bridal bouquet made up of roses, lilies and hydrangeas, a toss bouquet, wrist corsages and boutonnière. She also furnished flowers for my guest table centerpieces and came onsite to create a beautiful garland for our arch. I was very pleased with the flowers, service and cost. I would definitely recommend St. Germain for any special event you are planning.

This place is a gem. I like to physically come here and place my order instead of calling because before I even walk in I’m greeted by really cool assortments of striking succulents. That being said it’s more than a flower shop. I’ve picked up a few of them in the past and they are still doing great.
They have made it more open and spacious inside and place looks better than ever. Finally the order for delivery process is simple, I’m in the computer system, the recipient is in the system so I just given them our names and tell them how much I want to spend and done. (I get the option to pick what flowers /​arrangement style I want but I leave it up to them. I’m no expert)
Past experience dictates my wife is going to absolutely LOVE the arrangement. Best customer service too. check it out!
