Only complaint is the price. $ 2.25 for the smallest load plus $ 1 to purchase the card. Otherwise would have rated 5 stars.

This place is ridiculous man. I’ve been coming here for several years now and this place has changed A LOT. The prices are high as hell, there is no longer Wifi and the most important thing. There’s not enough washing machines !!! Theres always thouse stupid «not in service» signs and in most of them and its ridiculous. Sometimes they stop working out of nowhere and your clothes would not be clean at all. Most of the staff is nice. That’s the only nice thing about this place. Not to mention there’s tons of people here ²⁴⁄₇.

the washing machines are ALWAYS out of order. if you happen to pick one that decides to fail you, you’re responsible for the detergent and money you wasted. it’s bullshit. an employee legitimately walks with a bucket of water to pour into the machines. complete shit.

Our washer decided to stop working, and left me with soaking soapy wet clothes. What to do? I called for service through our warranty and the earliest appointment wasn’t for at least 7 days! Being late at night, we threw the clothes in the dryer to avoid our clothes getting that yucky moldy smell. Next came trying to figure out how to get our clothes laundered without spending a significant time at the launder mat near home. I was soo happy to find out that Sparklean has Fluff and Fold service! And it’s a 3 hour turnaround at .99 cents a pound!!! What a great deal. As long as you get your laundry in before 8 pm you can have your clothes washed, and folded or hung if you provide your own hangers. They did a wonderful job washing and folding our clothes. Definitely would recommend their service. I am thinking of doing this more often, especially because I hate having to fold clothes!
They also have free WIFI if you do need to stay and do some laundry.

I usually go to the South Gate location but I moved up here. This place is on a totally different system so my card was no good here, had to get a new one and to put money on the card you have to use cash not credit card so I had to pay $ 2.50 to use the ATM here.
The bathroom requires money to unlock the door and there is no public sink to wash out your detergent cups unless you pay to use the restroom.
The prices here are more expensive than the South Gate location, $ 6.99 to use the power load washer and $.69 to use the large dryers .
The only good part is that they are open 24 hours a day and the have laundry folding service at $.99 a pound.
