Hey, they did answer the phone — that’s about as far as I got with booking this company. I explained to the friendly receptionist that my septic issues were a little involved and that I would like to speak with a supervisor to get an accurate quote and to set the expectations correctly –she kindly said that the supervisor would call me back immediately. No response by days end so I called to remind them, once again was told that«the supervisor» was out on a pump and that he would call back shortly. Nada. End of day one = no call back. Day two involved 2 more calls to the receptionist, with a promise of a call back from this mysterious«supervisor» and no response. Quite frankly, I would just prefer an honest response back, such as; «We are too busy with other jobs» «Eww, that sounds really messy» «Our supervisor is watching Netflix and chillin right now, he’ll call back after binge watching the first 5 seasons of Game Of Thrones» My time is valuable, i wasted time and energy to try and give them my money. Wack. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because luckily I did not have to use them and no calamity ensued.

DRAINDUDESDRAINYOURWALLETWITHCLASSICBAITANDSWITCH. I googled septic tank cleaning and Drain Dudes was at the top of the search. I called and spoke with a lady in the office. I explained that it had been a long time since the septic tank had been drained and she said that as long as it was easily accessible that it would be a flat fee of $ 299. She immediately booked me in for the afternoon; I clarified another time that it was only $ 299 for the service and she agreed. About three hours later, a man called my phone and said that he was running a little late from the previous job but would be at my house within an hour and a half; this was no big deal. However, he went on the say that since we hadn’t been serviced in a while, it was looking more like $ 1,000 to do the job. HENEVEREVENWENTOUTTOMYHOUSE! I told him that he should go to the house and check it out before he made astronomical quotes but he refused unless we agreed to pay them $ 1,000. I called the lady at the office back and she said she would talk to the man and call us back. After an hour, I called the office back and left a message. I HAVENEVERHEARDFROMANYONESINCE! I called them out on their bait and switch practices and they never even came to the house or had the decency to call me back. THISISNOTONLYHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICEBUTTHEYAREATTEMPTINGTOPREYONHELPLESSPEOPLEANDMAKE3XTHEMONEY! I ended up finding a local guy who charged $ 285 and was done in less than 30 minutes! Thanks Randy from Pelland Plumbing for being such a professional and an honorable businessman.

This is the best septic service around. They have different types of trucks and trailers to get into our awkward hillside home. They always answer the phone. And all the guys we’ve met really know their stuff about septic systems. Our neighbors use them too so we always see the trucks around.

These guys were great. They came out the same morning we called to have our septic tank pumped. Having no knowledge regarding our septic system(we purchased the home as-is), they were able to give us the full run-down of what we needed to have done to get it up to speed(and up to date). We ended up needing a full service of our tank and seepage pit, including pumping of both, hydro-jetting of our neglected seepage pit, risers installed for future services(our tank and pit were at least three feet under ground with no surface access), and a whole new start-up of bacteria. It was NOT a cheap service, but they were VERY straightforward about all the costs, no additional add-ons after the fact, got to work RIGHT away, and were very friendly and informative. We definitely felt like it was all worth it for a system that hadn’t been serviced in ATLEAST15 – 20 years(and we were thankful we didn’t wait any longer than we did to get our system serviced, as both the tank an the pit were at capacity).
