The Mails Inn

The people here are really helpful. Debra Stocker is the best! She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. She helped me ship a pair of boots back to London when the shoe company was giving me a hard time and I was leaving town.

These guys are great. I live nearby — and I’m not that great at keeping myself current on all shipping techniques, requirements, regulations, etc. The people at this establishment are always helpful, friendly, and provide an atmosphere that is welcoming. I prefer to come here in lieu of the FedEx, USPS, or UPS facilities.

I have to say that I was a little skeptical about this place at first. I can’t put my finger on why exactly, but I couldn’t find the answers I was looking for on their website. So I initially subscribed to another PO Box service — which I now regret.
After being unhappy with this other mail service I signed up for, I decided to stop by and check out The Mails Inn after eating next door at Los Equipales (also stunningly amazing). When I entered the business, I was greeted overwhelmingly by a really really nice woman named Debra. I just wanted to get some information about their PO Boxes, their pricing, and what not. After she explained everything, I was shocked by how inexpensive they were. Not only that, how personable she was and seemingly integrated with the community. She reminded me of being back home in Washington State through her small business customer service skills — always willing to go that extra mile to make sure I have everything I need, such as supplies, forms, and any other info I might need. I signed up for a box right on the spot, and canceled my other one.
On top of the PO Box service, I discovered that she ships out UPS, FedEx, DHL, and OnTrac. They also cut keys there! Had I know that the other week, it would have saved me the trip down to Granada Hills and back. And I think the most charming piece they have there is the gifts they sell. I saw small items as well as gift baskets. I don’t know if they’re any good yet, but I’ll buy one from them when I need it.
Thanks to Mails Inn for making my snail mail experience a really positive one. I look forward to when my mail starts to redirect there so I can visit you guys a lot more frequently!
