I have a dental office with linoleum floors and get a lot of foot traffic. In the past when we had them thoroughly cleaned they still didn’t look that good. When Leaford from 281 looked at them he told us that he can have them looking like new. I took him at his word and I’m glad I did. As soon as I walked in the day after they were done I felt like I was in a brand new office. Originally the floors were placed in 2008. We redid a small section when we were remodeling about 2 months ago and it was obvious where the new flooring and the old flooring meet. After Leaford and his crew cleaned them that area was seamless. In addition it was done quick enough that we had no downtime in our office.

Leaford is outstanding. He and his entire staff are complete, and absolute professionals. They are here on time, they never charge extra for parties, or special events. We have been with them for a long time, and don’t plan on switching janitorial services for any reason.
Leaford will get the job done — period. He is empathic, he is reasonable, and best of all his prices are competitive.

Two-​81 Janitorial was referred to me by a commercial real estate associate of mine. I was immediately impressed with their level of professionalism and current client list, not to mention they specialized in commercial office cleaning, which made me feel that much more comfortable. We had been through three other companies in the past two years, and I was so frustrated with my tenants constantly complaining about the cleanliness of our building.
Moving forward we’ve been with Two-​81 since March of 2011, and I have nothing but great things to say. I refer them to other owners in our association all the time and I’ve never gotten any complaints. If you’re looking for a commercial cleaning company that has and will literally bend over backwards to make sure they provide a stellar service I recommend that you give these guys a call!

After years of suffering through mediocre cleaning services for our office, we finally decided to look elsewhere. Two-​81 has been our new janitorial service for almost a year now, and I am so happy that we made the switch. They are reasonably priced, professional, responsive, and best of all they clean really well! All of our employees noticed immediately and made comments about how much cleaner our office was. They have always been receptive to feedback about their service and often stop by just to make sure that everything looks up to par. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new janitorial service.

Called to get a janitorial quote for the business I work at on Friday 12÷14÷12 and they said someone would contact me with a quote. By Tuesday no one had still called me so I called them again on Wednesday and someone said they would call me ASAP. Here we are again on Friday 12÷21÷12 and no one has called me STILL. They must do some amazing cleaning to keep their existing clients because at this rate they are NOT getting any new ones, but I guess I will never experience their cleaning «skills».
