They (illegally) use leaf blowers around my neighborhood in Santa Monica. Who knows what other less-​obvious shortcuts they take in their work.

Drove by their trucks today while they worked on a church’s landscape. While there is a water shortage, this guy decides to spray the grass off the sidewalk & drive way. I stopped to remind him to be water conscious– he ignored. Thumbs down Valley Crest.
