This place shouldn’t even get a star! Rude people, this store should be closed down for their mediocre product and employees. Big time scammers, especially Angel Cruz. I can’t believe what he told me I would be paying monthly and now I’m paying for a brand new phone that cost 600 dollars without my upgrade included. Sorry you never went to school and found a real job including your stupid manager. I wonder how your meetings are and what they consist of. You best believe I’m getting my refund!

Will never purchase or recommend this place ever again. Please read your contract carefully make sure all the contract pages are present when you are signing. Roxana Palacios you need to reconsider being a Sales Person. No shame on your scam game girl!!!

This place is not a real Verizon store. This place is a commission store. Very rude, and smart ass. They sold me a 45 dollar charger. I had no choice to buy it because I was in a hurry. I should of went to 7 – 11 and got a charger for $ 20 — and I would of gotten a slurpee. the real store is in northridge. I should of driven an extra 15 miles to get at least a smile — Sheesh

These guys work on commission and are not actually Verizon employees. They will tell you anything to make a sale, lose your paperwork, demand that you come sign things, and in general cost you money. Save yourself the anguish, find a real Verizon store

My family and I have been buying phones through this store for the past 3 – 4 years and have had a great experience each and every time. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Robert helped us recently and could not do enough for us! I will be back in the future.

Worst service ever and they are not a real Verizon store. These fools tried selling us a used iPhone in a fake box that looks printed claiming it was the new look for Verizon FRAUDFRAUDFRAUD. Keep away no way they have 5 stars they must be fake reviews as the two not recommend are true statements of who they are…

Run away from this place. They are a third party and work on commission. They will sell you refurbished phones and make you believe they are new. They will charge you fees even if you cancel within the grace period. They will tell you lies to make a sale. Be aware. They will especially take advantage of Spanish speakers and seniors. Roberto Polanco, who is surprisingly a manager, sold me a refurbished phone when I was told it was new. Once I signed the contract, I went home and realized that I was tricked into buying a new phone when it was refurbished and signed up for a plan that was too expensive for me. I went back to Roberto and he told me to think about it longer. I finally went back few days later before my return grace period expired. I finally returned the phone. But Roberto charged me $ 76.09.(Keep in mind that I was still within my grace return period). I did not have a choice but to pay. Verizon stores do not charge you a penny. This store is a third party and work on a commission. They just want to sell you phones. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Roberto was amazing. We have been going to this Verizon for years. We had some disappointing experiences elswhere and Roberto has been taking care of our whole family. We have gone through many phones and he goes above and beyond to make us happy… thank you!!!
